for me it should be:

1 - Use Of Existing Threads: well under this category there are some important points...

firstly to praise or discuss celeb AT should be used...we mostly come across threads of just one line showing love for celeb...it just contribute to spamming...
pictures should be posted in picture gallery...for introduction purpose we have introduction corner...use helpdesk for queries...
post articles related to the celeb in the separate article thread for him/her

2- No Pushing To Unnecessary Topics:

pictures should be posted in picture gallery...for introduction purpose we have introduction corner...some new members on forum introduce themselves on separate threads and many users one after other keep him/her telling not to open separate thread which eventually lead to pushing up of the thread and this not only contribute in spam but also do push down the important topics...same goes for queries...also don't just say thanks to any post as it push it up...better hit like...

3-No Out Of The Topic Posts:

from a time some threads can be seen which have no relation to show but are being replied by the users continuously...

4-No Bashing:

i did saw some unappropriate words and statements used by some members around here...it should be stopped...no bashing should be made about any contestant as all have their own choices...and priority is no bashing about any user...

5-Interference in DT's job:

its the biggest prob on not only this forum but whole IF...we saw many users creating id's just for the purpose to post videos and all which is being done by our videobies and this is like interruption in their job...

6- Healthy posts:

criticism should be made...but not bashing...criticism sometimes turn into bashing which should be avoided by keeping ur words healthy and not comparing celebs and staying calm while writing the post...please don't use abusive words in any post...

7-No comparison:

people do compare ad its human nature but on a social forum do keep it limited to urself only...ur dislike could be the like of someone else...

8-No personal life discussion:

well i will stay honest and confess that i sometimes dragged my fav's past and personal life but on realizing have stopped it...so personal life should not be discussed to a large extent...

9-Freedom to express:

sometimes a user who make a post pointing mistake of a celeb is attacked by the fans of the celeb...this should be avoided as there is freedom of speech if it is healthy...

10-No to Rival sites:

mostly we saw users posting articles from rival side...it should be avoided...

11-No Repeatation:

before posting any article or something else do make sure its not posted already by checking previous 4-5 pages

Say like oh DB come come to JDJ everywhere as your husband is there even go to bathroom after him as he is your husband just keep going after him..If in my opionion I don't like DB visiting him everywhere so he can concentrate more on his dance because of course he will get distracted dancing with someone in front of his wife then I will say something like this...Why are her articles allowed here and then say no discussions on personal life. When others say they are cute so the discussion is fine and when we say they are not then we get warning???WOW 👏

Generalizing -

Generalizing shld be banned . When ppl unnecessarily generalize each and every Non- GC fan as Hater/BAsher etc it provokes unnecessarily arguments and hence topic gets close

That article is related to JDJ so it is allowed to be posted in the forum, and if someone wants to comment on it they can give their opinions on whether Debina should or should not feel uncomfortable, but commenting on her dressing style and telling her to go home is called bashing. It's totally unrelevant to the forum.

I'm sorry if I have done something wrong in replying dear, but I posted this as a suggestion for the rules of this forum. When there's an article talking about an actor's personal life, I think it should be allowed that people get to comment on it as long as it's relevant to the article, but when bashing starts and when people vent their personal frustrations, that's when it becomes a problem.
