*Aman is shocked to know from Addy that Anjali knew about Avni and his child and hence Anjali killed Avni.Addy lies to him further by saying that she found the birth certificate near Avni's body and its obvious that she woudl ahev told Anjali about this and Anjali in a fit might have shot Avni. Aman looks convinced that Anjali killed Avni. He cannot believe it.
*The trial starts.The prosecution lawyer is a guy named Abhishek who has never lost a case.
*All the ppl from Dhanrajgir family is called in the witness box by Viraaj and he asks all of them about their whereabouts and what do they think whether Anjali killed Avni. Everyone tells the court that they were not anywhere near to Avni's room and they are sure that Anjali didnt kill Avni as she is a sweet soul but they definitely had a confrontation.This only results in Abhishek tellign the court that everyoen agrees that Anjali had a motive to kill Avni.
*In the break, Anjali asks Viraaj that why is Aman avoiding her.Viraaj tells him that Aman is not allowed to talk to her.She tells Viraaj that If he cant talk he can atleast look at her. she just wants to see that he trusts her!!!She tells him that her family has already made their minds that she is the culprit and she knows there are no hopes!!
*Addy tells the court that Avni messed up with Anjali's life but she is sure Anjali didnt kill Avni.She tells the court that all this time she was in her room.
*Viraaj tells the court that everyoen who came to the witness stand was lying trying to save their skin and he has the proof.He shows a CD where every member except for Aman was near Avni's room.Addy tells the court that her room is just 2 rooms away from Avni';s and she had gone inthe night to settle the hotel's bill and while comign back this picture was taken. After payign the bill she didnt leave her room.
*Addy's sister leaves from the court as she gets a call from doctor that Ashmit is not doing well!!!
*Viraaj calls Aman and questiosn him straightforwardly whether he is the killer as he had better motive.Aman is stunned and hurt!!!!
