I really would like to understand the makers thought process. It appears that they simply want to thrill you spontaneously and not too bothered about the story-line.

There is a seperate place for people like this in the movie industry. Episode based serials, which does not concentrate too hard on the continuing story line but the story meat is always found in every episode, to give you some names comedy serials like Yeh joi hai zindagi, even for an extent CID, they have new challenges every episode. The good thing about this is, they don't need to worry about what happened 20 episodes earlier.

JJKN is not such serial, it needs continuity in story to keep it moving. I'm guessing if this serial would have been more hit if they made it episode based serial and shown Jassi doing wonders in each episode.
