Nandu asks Hansmukhi to help her mom come out of her drama . she promises to do so meanwhile Jassi is surprised to see her there . Hansmukhi tells her that she was leaving as she had some work to do but promises to meet her the next time and bids goodbye to Billo who is hiding behind the room , he waves to her .
Nandu meanwhile asks his Anthar mann what to do when it says " Dev Anand"
Arman is in deep thought recollecting what happened . He remembers him telling Aryan and Mallika that he would give a full report of his trip in the board meeting . He also recollects Aryan taunting him that he was spending the company's money for his love life and also tells him that he had just a few more days to enjoy and soon he would not be the chairman anymore .
The gang are laughing over something when Jassi enters . The gang ask if she would come with them out for dinner and they would go whereever she wants and even a five star hotel was fine with them . She asks suspiciously if they got a lottery , the gang tells them no and the scene shows Pari shuffling through her contacts wondering whom to call to arrange 100$. Jassi is shocked that they fooled Pari and asks them to stop it as it was wrong to do so. The gang ignore Jassi and wonder if Pari would be able to arrange for 100$ so they decide to reduce their amount .
Jassi and Arman are in conversation wondering what would happen in the boardroom meeting when Aryan enters in anger . Arman is not impressed and asks him why he eneterd without knocking , Aryan replies that he had lost that right to question and tells him that normally he would have spoken to him in private abt the matter but now he feels that he deserves to say what he wants to in front of everyone . Jassi asks to be excused but Aryan asks her to stop and listen to what he had to say . He tells Arman that till date he ignored and overlooked all his mistakes for the sole reason that he was his sisters fiancee and had relation with her but no more . The way he hurt her sister, he would never ever leave him alone and make him pay for every mistake he made and makes from now on . He warns him to watch his step as he would find Aryan watching each and every move if his and would make him pay for any mistake he made and leaves in anger leabving Arman and Jassi speechless .
Arman and Jassi enter the boardroom and face Mallik and Aryan . Aryan greets Arman politely which makes Arman surprised and wishes him as well . Just then Puru comes in , aryan greets him cheerfully . Puru asks him why he was called , Arman taunts saying that obviously it was for the usual reasons " Arman bashing" . Arman very confidently starts telling abt his singapore trip as that was what he was interested in , he starts off saying that they did a lot of reseach but Aryan cuts him short and asks him if they got any deals . Arman nods his head "No " and tells him that such less time was not enough to seal deals .Aryan replies " Fair enough " in style and proceeds towards Puru and tells him that he was there with a proposal to make Arman's vision come true . All of them watch in anticipation while Aryan hands out copies of the report he has prepared and passes it on to all the others . He starts off by saying that everyone would have heard the name " Apex Business Solutions" , its was specialised in grading companies and rates them . Puru asks him how would that be useful for them , Aryan tells him that the grading company has graded only two companies sa far as it was so valuable that they dont have to go in search of clients and deals and they infact would come to them for contracts coz of the rating . Mallika tells them that if GM gets good ratings then it would help them a lot in getting more clients . Aryan continues to say that it wont make them run away to singapore or anyother place and waste their money trying to get deals (Hinting towards Arman and his trip ) . Puru concurs with the idea and asks him how they should proceed , Aryan tells them they dont have to do anything , they just would have Apex take a look at their financial reports ,their sales report , their annual report and ascertain their performance and rate accordingly . All this he says coming standing rigt before Arman making him sweat while Jassi looks scared as well .
Arman is in his cabin thinking abt the consequences. He imagines apex checking each and every file of his finding all about the fraud and fake reports and then areesting both Jassi and Arman in front of everyone . Arman wakes up with a jolt swearing that he couldnt allow them to check his reports as they would find out the truth . The episode ends on his swaety scared face .
Comments : sorry I missed the first 10 minutes but what a performance by Vinay Jain as Aryan . It was great to see him warning Arman coz of his love for his sister . His dialogues and his presentation on the proposal he had was excellent . I always felt Vinay Jain deserved an award for his role as Aryan but sad that he never got one . previosuly it was Mallika who performed excellently, today it was Aryan's turn . I feel there was a lot of valid points and strategies raised by Aryan and it does confirm my belief that he would have made a great chairman and maybe who knows would have turned into a nice caring human being had he fallen in love witha girl like Jassi .
