Mona to go on world tour

Mona 'Jassi' Singh is on a roll. The actress is on a high thanks to some very interesting projects.

Apart from hosting reality show Extreme Makeover for Sony, Mona will also be travelling around the world for various events.

First on her agenda is a trip to France to cover the annual carnival for Star News. "This will be my first full-blown visit to Paris. I've only ever been there while in transit to another destination.
I've been dreaming about walking down the lanes and visiting the Champs lyses and Eiffel Tower."

Apart from Paris, Mona will also travel to Nice, where the carnival takes place. "I leave in a couple of days and am totally excited!"

Dancing shoes

After her Europe trip, Mona will head to the US to host the Bollywood Awards in New York. "It's a prestigious thing for me. I'm also going to be a judge at a local beauty pageant. I think it should be fun."

The actress is excited about rubbing shoulders with the Bollywood junta. "It will be a well-turned-out event, so it's going to be very nerve-wracking. But I think I should do alright."

The biggest and the most exciting news for Mona is her chance to go on a world tour in June. "This will be my first tour. I will be dancing to Bollywood numbers.

It's going to be a month-long tour and we will go to the US, UK, Canada and other places. I think it should be great fun and really challenging. After Jhalak, I've never really performed for such a big audience."

When asked if she's nervous to be performing in front of international audiences, she says, "I am more excited than anxious.

I have a lot of overseas fans that have never met me or seen me perform. It will be great to interact with them."

No shaadi!

These days, Mona's working hard to lose the extra kilos. "I have a personal trainer called Satya, who's fabulous. He makes sure I don't skip a single workout schedule.

At the same time, he has chalked out a diet plan for me which I am religiously following."

Denying all talks of tying the knot to boyfriend Karan Oberoi this year, she says, "I have no time for myself, so where's the time to think about marriage?"

The actress is upset after a certain publication speculated about her settling down. "I got calls from people congratulating me. It was so weird.

The funny part is that Karan got a call from the publication about an interview on his work. But the next thing we know, the only line used from that interview is the one talking about the marriage!"
