The episode begins with arman demanding to know from jassi what was going on , jassi is trembling and wants to know what he was talking about. Arman comes near jassi and tells her that she doesnt need to hide anything from her and that he has found out what she was doing in the office. Jassi tells him that she was searching for somthing very personal and that her diary was missing. Arman asks her whether she got what she was searching for , she tells him that her diary was with him and requests him to return it back. arman gives her the diary but doesnt let it go , she is extremely shy and shocked, arman tells her that she had written well , jassi is shocked and asks him whether he read her diary ,Arman nods his head and comes near her and tells her that he wants to tell her something really important before it was too late . Jassi is closing her eyes in fear when mallika walks in . Jassi goes to her cabin and speaks to herself and scolding the diary on why it had to land in arman sir's hands . she is very confused and thinks to herself whether arman sir had actually read the diary or not . She feels very guilty and wonders how she owuld face arman sir again and decides to hide herslef under the table.
Mallika asks arman whether he had called for a meeting . Arman is clueless and asks her what she was talking abt . Mallika tells him that he was supposed to announce to everyone abt her appointment as the vice-chairman of GM , she continues that anyway arman would conveniently forget and that she would call trishala to inform everyone of the meeting.
Nandu enters the walia house and informs everyone that his lover jayshta was waiting outside, he also tells them abt the lies he had told to jayshta to impress her. Billo wants him t elaborate , he tells them that he told her tht he had lied to her that he was the owner of kohinoor and jassi was his secretary . Billo gets angry and doesnt want anything to do with him and his love story but bebe and amrit ask him to bring her inside . Nandu calls her in and introduces her to the walia family , jayshta talks abt her love for Nandu .Just then Nandu's mom comes in search of him .Nandu and jayshta rum away and hide in a room . Bebe and Amrit try to convince her that it was Billo and not nandu running from there . just then Jayshta comes out and introduces herself and Nandu's girlfriend, she is shocked .
Arman has gathered everyone in the boardroom including Aryan , he talks abt appointing a person who would has been there for him throughout and whom he needs the most , jassi is waiting excitedly expecting arman to announce her name but to her dissapointment he announces Mallika's name . Everyone is happy and applaud her , jassi is a bit jealous and sad that it wasnt her . Arman announces her appoinement as the assistant chairman of GM , Mallika is all smiles and gets up to acknowledge and accept the same .
Jayshta is asking Nandu on why he was hiding her from his mother and that she was so beautiful and good looking. Jayshta explains their whole love story . Nandu is hiding behind jayshta, trembling in fear . Jayshta even shows off her new phone that nandu had bought for her , Nandu's mother is shocked and threatens to beat him up and asks him to come home and she would take nice care of him and walks off . Bebe and Amrit ask nandu to reveal the truth to jayshta , nandu confeses to her that everything he had told her was lies and he wasnt a big shot but tells her that his feelings for her was true and that he had loved her from the bottom of his heart. Jayshta is very upset and doesn't want to give him a second chance and leaves in tears .Nandu is in tears as well and is abt to follow her when billo stops her as he got a call , nandu picks up the call, its the lawyer who wants to discuss something important regarding GM and their case , They show Nandu reacting in shock and ending the call .
Here in his cabin, arman asks jassi to question him abt mallika's appointment. Jassi refuses as she has no rights , arman tells her that she had the rights as she was not only the financial head but also the owner of kohinoor which was going to takeover GM very soon. Jassi asks him not to say that and assures him that GM was his and so was kohinoor and she was just the owner in the legal papers. Arman tells her that Mallika's situation was the same and she too was the vice chairman just in the papers and nothing would change in GM and it would be like before . He starts talking abt love and also starts off on the poem that jassi had written in her diary . Jassi is embarassed, shocked and unsure whether arman sir had read her diary or not .Arman is reciting the poem when raj walks in and apologises for interrupting thier laila -majniu conversation and wants arman to attend to the problem that had been created by the new vice-chairman . Arman goes to the design dept where maddy informs them that mallika had asked him to make some changes in his designs to beat the competition . Arman is furious and demands that maddy changes his designs to the original ones and that no one found it necessary to inform him abt such changes. Maddy is very angry and sarcastically remarks that if arman had his way he would ask all his models to dress up and look like jassi , arman shouts at maddy to shut up , maddy tells him that he doesnt want to be the scapegoat in managements problems , raj agrees and requests arman to sort it out with Mallika.
Arman storms into mallika's cabin and demands to know why she hadnt informed him of the changes and who gave her the rigths to do so . Mallika tells him that he should remember that as the vice-chairman , she had the authority to make such changes and she knew what her duties are as the vice-chairman. man and that they had decided that she would be the vice-chairman only for the papers and nothing would change between them ,mallika gives a " I dont remember a thing " expression and asks him when did she say that , Arman changes his tone and tells her that she doesnt understand that mallika was more important to her than the vice-chirman and that she should understand what he was going through , mallika doesnt melt and tells him that this wont work with her and that for her professional and personal lives were different and should not be mixed. Arman gives up.
Here jassi is in her cabin shocked and confused . She writes in her diary abt her state , she confesses to her diary that arman sir was behaving very nicely with her today and that too after reading her diary . She doesnt understand what was happening to her, she also writes that arman sir had memorised her poem and was giving more attention to her than before . She starts blushing and remembers trishala's prediction abt a serious relationship and thinks that maybe arman sir had fallen for her . She rubbishes that thought immediately and calls up trishala and requests her to make one more tarot card prediction for her abt something that she needs to know. The episode ends on her blushing excited face.
