Mona in south

Instead of trying bollywood,Mona must do south films like tamil & telugu as hindi tv stars hav gr8 demand there.her weight won't b a problem.She shud'nt do malayalam.she wud rock in the tamil,telugu remakes of Fanaa

I won't mind Mona doing cinema in any language as long as it is GOOD...but if she goes South, i wont be able to watch any of her movies as i don't understand any of those languages 😭 .

I won't mind seeing Mona in a well-directed Punjabi film...she would suit the role. and there ARE some good Punjabi movies that find a widespread audience, like Yaaran Naal Bahaaran. 😊

Not all is that bad in South. Malayalam movies are always maintaining certain standards. They really are among the best movies in the entire country. Much much better than even Hindi movies.

But I do not think Mona Singh can succeed in Malayalam. We have some of the most talented actresses here in Kerala. Better looking than Mona too.Eg. Shobhana, Meera Jasmine and the lot. She may have succeeded as Jassi, but I do not think she is that great an actress and ofcourse there is no exceptional beauty too. Just a little above average actress, that is all.

I do not think she will succeed in Hindi movies also. Better stick to Hindi serials.

Me thinks the same that probably Mona wont do so good in films she shud stick to tellywood.She had worked with both Apurva and Parmeet who are from films and they didnt achieve huge success there so Mona should take a lesson.but at the end of the day its Mona singh to decide what suits her the best.

mona suitss with apu in acting not with other..i can say mona is a good actresss but i think she should work in tv cuz here acting is very good on tv .......
but mona's acting 😳 suits with apurva in any show......

I am a south indian too and let me tellu that every industry has its share of good and bad movies and tamil or telegu moviews are no exception nor are malayalam and hindi movies. I beg to differ buffie there are so many god tamil movies ,its a pity that u look only at the heroes faces to determine whether the movie is good or bad but many dont .
As i said they dot give importance to heroes looks,they give more importance to the script and the story .There have been so many classics and innumerable tamil movies which have been remade in hindi and have become blockbusters . pls dont try to defame all south languag emovies just bcoz u saw anita in a idli selling role.......so what ..thats her character and she has accepted it and acted it out .
have u seen classics of kaml, sivaji, historical movies, even the latest kaka kaka,pithmagan,aniyan, autograph etc etc ,the 80'/90 movies
well it all comes down to ur taste and what u look for, looks or stories . U know only mani ratnam and rajeev meneon bcoz they made movies with b'wood stars and stuff,I can name u so many movie directors who are known for thier brilliant stories and diection .so please beofore posing a generalised statement abt south indian movies,do check on all the movies and learn abt it .
no offense,I can understand if u say "I dont like tamil/malayalam etc bcoz of so and so " but u are totally giving a completely wrong generalised statement which i disagrees with

No tina, movies like pithamagan and autograph have been really well acclaimed(but I havent watched either of them)....bit anniyan was plain ewww...sorry, but it was just so ghoulish.......I agree I havent watched many movies, but the ones I have watched really dont impress me....and i cannot watch a mediocre movie seeing the faces of actors like Vijay and his like🤢🤢...and apart from Madhavan and Surya, who really even looks like a hero....Most of the Tamil and telugu movies are LOUD actions fics with alot of dishum dishum,idli sales on the streets, random gundas thrown in, and a ewwwwwwwwwwwww looking hero 🤢...tell me tina, arent all the vijaykant(OMG, he looks so much like a 420🤢) movies so politically skewed, dont all the rajnikant movies bank on his "style"❓...as i said, the southern audience love those movies, but most of them jar my sensibilities(and i hated anniyan too..I havent watched the movie, but saw a few promos)

some of the olden movies were gold, just like some of the old hindi movies were brilliant(but Sivaji used to overact😕...I used to watch his devotional movies when I was a kid,and those were good👏..but some of his romantic roles have justbeen overacted and spoilt)....I really am not a fan of the "Rajnikant" movies, and honestly the only movie of his which i liked was baba, and that one bombed, and the ones i hate, go on to garner upto 80-100 crores😆😆😆...As I said again,most of the movies are crap, and there are very few good movies made.....and I dont think they would consider mona for those good films when they have their establised actresses........

Finally it all comes down to personal choices..i mean, some find Rajnikant really charismatic and magnetic, and those audience love his movies and watch a single movie of his as much as 15-20 times in the theatre....ummmmm, on second thoughts,i was a bit harsh, but then mona can as well act in the 3rd rate hindi movies than do a third rate tamil movie😈

yeah but how can u comement by just seeing maybe a maximum of 10-15 movies, like if i comment on just seeing 10-15 hindi movies and claim that all movies are hopeless then i woud be wrong to say that.

again it all comes down to ones coices, yes vijaykanth looks like 420 but if thats the reason to say that all his ovies are crap then i am sorry ,I disagree .......I dislike vijaykanths looks too but at the same time some of his movies were great like po vizhi vasalile or ramana etc

u know theres a guy names dhanush who looks ewww as per me ,infact he doesnt look like a hero from any angle but I loved his movie kadhal kondein coz it was a well made ,acted and directed movie.

Nandita das ,well known actress, acted as a servant in a movie called azhagi alongside parthiban who too in ur books would def not be called "handsome" but that movie was a beautifully made and directed movie which got all india acclaim and nandita das best roles till date which she herself said in an interview.

this was the same with many of the tamil speaking people who are born and brought up in mumbai ,they acknowledge only mani ratnam and shankar kind of movies and heroes like madhavan and kamal bcoz for them looks and stars is more important . My husband had the same impression.But ask him now after showing him so many tamil movies ,he totally has a different opinion and understands that looks are least important in south movies .If vijay and other's looks are the sole reason for ur dislike for the movies then what can i say ........look beyond the looks and u will appreciate it more .

as for mona,instead of acting in a run around the mill bakwas kind of hindi movies which are made now,she can act in a well scripted and directed tamil/malayalam movie which will give u creative satisfaction.

I can safely say this bcoz i have watchd all the hindi movies and also all the tamil/malayalam movies and I can def say that good movies and bad movies are made in all languages .I have seen total crap movies which have become great blockbusters in hindi and I have also seen good hindi movies become flops bcoz they look for stars than story unfortunately and I am glad that its not the case with south indian movies
