Whoops! Sorry, I know I'm late; but last night I went for a late show of "36 China Town" and when I got back, my head was too full of how queeeeeeeet my Shahid looked š³(though I was also suffering from pangs of jealousy seeing him with his real-life girlfriendš; I hate to admit it but they do make a cute pair), to type anything.

A treat for all besharams today, but first, poor Nandu Bandhu's predicament:
When Nandu sees the entire Walia clan at the same theatre where he is with Pari, he loses his head.
Nandu: Pari, chalo kahin aur chalte hain.
Pari: Lekin kyun, nandu ?
N: yeh film bahut bakwas hai, main tumhe koi aur film dikhane le chalta hun.
P: agar yeh bakwas hai to tum mujhe yahan laye hi kyun?
N: wohā¦.mujhe abhi-abhi sms se iska review mila na, isliye pata chala.š
P: par maine to suna hai yeh achchi hai, mujhe yahi dekhni hai.
Pari starts pouting and nandu has no choice but to give in. He buys tickets as far away from the family as possible.
In the theatre:
Everyone is enjoying the film, but Billu is feeling embarrassed at the romantic scenes. He looks apprehensively at Vedika, who is staring wide-eyed at the screen.
Amrit: Kya hua ji, aap itne pareshan kyun hai?
Billu (impatiently): Arre yeh Chaman bhi na, kaisi film dekhna chahta tha, aur hame bhi saath le aayaā¦.arre yeh koi bachchon ke layak film hai?
Amrit: aap bhi naā¦.arre aajkal sab filmein aisi hi hoti hai.
Bebe (overhearing): Billu,tu bhi paagal haiā¦itni achchi film to hai....
Billu: Bebe tum to kuch samajhti hi nahinā¦.Vedika ke liye yeh sab dekhnaā¦.
Someone shushes him from behindā¦.he fades uncomfortably into silence.
GOAaaaaaaaaaa---- again the promotional clipsā¦.aarrghhhhhā¦ā¦then JANDAā¦ā¦awwwwwwwā¦.
Night-timeā¦.JandA are leaning against a rock in a secluded corner of the beach. Both are dressed casually in jeans and t-shirtsā¦maybe MandA's own.
Jassi is resting her head on Armaan's shoulderā¦they are holding hands tightly.
Armaan: Jassi, kaash hum apni saari zindagi aise hi bita sakteā¦Goa mein, akeleā¦..
Jassi: (with mock sternness )aur Gulmohar ka kya hota?
Armaan makes a faceā¦.. "Jassi, tumne to saare romance ka kabaada kar diyaā¦.Gulmohar ko dekhne ke liye Nandu hai na!"
Jassi (giggling): par Nandu ko kaun dekhega? Usne PAri ko apni secretary bana liya hai!"
Armaan: Whaaaaaat!!
Jassi (still laughing): Haanā¦.ab agar usse bhi tumhari tarahā¦apni secretary se pyaar ho gaya ā¦ā¦
A: jassi, Aryan ne bhi to tumhe apni secyā¦.kahin usse bhi (stares at her with mock horror)
J indignantly struggles out of his grasp and scrambles to her feet. "Armaan, tumne aisa socha bhi kaiseā¦.main jaa rahi hunā¦." Starts to walk awayā¦.but Armaan grabs her hand and pulls her back to face him.š³
She is taken by surprise and stares at himā¦.he gives her a smouldering glanceā¦and whispers, "Jassi, jaana hai to jaoā¦par aise nahinā¦."
All of a sudden he lifts her up into his armsā¦.Jassi gives a little shriek and stares mesmerised at him ā¦.he returns the smouldering glanceā¦then, out of the blue, they both dissolve into giggles ("dirty giggles" a la MandA??š) as Armaan carries her back to their cottage.
Back in the theatre:
Billu, unable to stand it, whispers to Vedika to come outsideā¦she is unwilling but he promises her an icecreamā¦.they start walking towards the exitā¦
Nandu has an aisle seat. He is horrified to see Billu coming towards him. He ducks under his seat, pretending to look for something. He stays there, trembling, till both pass by without noticing.
Outside, Billu sighs with relief. He buys Vedika an icecream and starts telling her a story to take her mind off the film.
JandA enter their bedroomā¦.ahem-ahemā¦.A is still carrying j. he sets her down gently on the bed. Sparkle-sparkle music plays in the background.
Armaan leans over Jassi, his face barely an inch away from hers. J gives a tiny gasp and opens her lips to say something, but A gently, sensuously, places his finger on them.š³
A: Jassi, tum jo kehna chahti ho, mujhe tumhari aankhon mein dikh raha haiā¦ab hamein lafzon ki zaroorat nahinā¦ā¦
Still locking eyes, he moves closer to herā¦..and then TnD cut the scene š”and show us the moon shining outsideā¦the same moon shot they use for all chandni raat scenes.
(hee heeā¦.what were you expecting, besharams?š If they had actually shown anything, I'm sure Shreiky's ghost would have popped up screaming "chonnuuuuu!", Aryan or no Aryan!š)
Back in the movie hall:
The film is over. Nandu wants to get out of there before anyone sees him, so he rushes pari out at top speed. Outside, Pari wants to go to the washroom, so she tells nandu to wait.
Just then the Walias come out. Nandu turns his back to them so they do not recognize him.
But Vedika sees him and yells out "Nandu uncle!" Tkaen by surprise, he whirls aroundā¦just then Pari comes out of the washroom saying, "Chale, Nandu?" ā¦..and they find themselves staring at the shocked faces of Billu, Bebe , Bua, Amrit, Chaman and Beauty.šš
Tomorrow: JandA are fighting over something.
