My first job: I conducted market research for Marg. This is way back in 1995, in my college days.
What I made: I earned about Rs 1,500 every month.
How I spent it: I took my entire gang of friends out for lunch at Raj Mahal, near Xavier's

My first job: I worked as a receptionist at a multinational company when I was 16.
What I made: I got Rs 10,000 for it, which was a pretty big deal for me at that age.
How I spent it: I paid all my commuting expenses with it and used the rest as pocket money. I also used to eat this favourite sandwich of mine everyday, without fail. So most of my money was over by the month-end.

How can anyone get paid 10000 per month that too without a college degree at the age of 16 ...and this was many many years years back when the pay scale even at mnc's ,werent that high for a starter esp for a receptionist
