The character of Jo (student of Jassi in Nainital) was played by a model from pune. Her name is Niyati Joshi.

May be you can look for this name in star cast of ELAS.

I just saw one picture in the ELSA forum and read ur post there.
Yes, sonia = Jo = niyati joshi

and all these are her names in different serials/ life, else she would be like jassi 😆
