but the sad part is that in his acceptance speech....apu said he didnt deserve this award coz others nominated were better actors than him....why does he do that always

Awwwww.....hai Apu ne aise kyun kaha?? He's really sweet for saying that....but he DESERVED this award alright! I'm proud of him...my sheru!😳....ahem...some ppl might learn with time, but then again...maybe NOT!😉😡😆 And as for Karangatan....he probably just wanted to know what it felt like receiving the award cuz he knows he won't get one cuz he's more into music than acting!😉....but to feel the honor...and to be able to give the award to his friend is also another reason for him being there!😉

oh another news bit is that mona got her award from karan oberoi and apu from shilpa ....gosh that is ridiculous and in her short interview mona has thanked karan apart from dj's ......i dont know whats going on

Apoorva adjudged best actor, Mona best actress


The recepient of the final award was the most surprised when his name was announced as the winner of the Best Actor of the year award.
Apoorva Agnihotri had finished a gruelling day's shoot at the Jassi... sets and reached the Indian Telly Awards venue, least expecting that his nomination would win him an award, that too at the hands of wife Shilpa Saklani!

Before that, Mona Singh walked away with the honour of being the best actor (female) of the year. Mona, looking smashing in a denims and blazer ensemble, looked radiant as she accepted the award from co artiste Karan Oberoi.

Among the TV critics awards, the award for best actor (male) went to Pawan Shankar for his restrained performance in Siddhanth, and the award for best actor (female) went to Juhi Parmar for Kumkum-Pyara Sa Bandhan.

are you sure because the pictures show Apu and Karan hugging by the podium--so why wuld Karan-O be up there if he hadn't been giving Apu an award!!Weird!!😕😕😕

I guess I am soooo for MandA👍🏼that I am EVER in denial about MandK???👎🏼😆--see MandK doesnt even make sense!

oh yeah i think both karan and shilpa were there to give the final award and hence but i think its ridiculous for these organisers to do that
