Yep thats the beautiful part of it all. The path is not easy despite Vividha declaring she will only love Atharva. The dumb characters and Ravish still want her for him (ie for Ravish)...and their roads appear clearer as they'll give her kasam etc, but its also obvious VITHARV are their only lead couple (they were there as one at the start, in the middle and will be there at the end), and since these obstacles are there (the shaadi being the biggest one) it goes to show VITHARV will win the war.😛

😆 He might appear aloof to whats happening around him, but he is a smart person. He wants her to feel guilty so she can compromise to stay with him, but we all know better. once Atharva recovers, Ravish himself will pack his bag and leave!😛 #just saying!😆
