*I know its been a long time since I updated any of my stories. I am sorry for that and ya I don't know if this update is any good but still spare some of your time and have a look. I could manage to write this only and yes I will "TRY" to update daily now onwards!* OH and yes if anyone forgot this , its about forced marriage!😆

Chapter Two

Siddharth looked back towards her ,how did so much pain get in their lives? He thought of the previous few moments they spent in the pool ,the dance and tears build up in her eyes.

As soon as he looked away she turned around and was teary-eyed. Why did he do all that? They could have been perfect together but he had complicated it all.

"Roshni ,I need to talk." Sana said and took her into an empty room. Roshni clearly knew what Sana wanted to talk about.

"So what is happening? It's been one year yaar! Can't you forget all and move on?" asked Sana trying her level best to bridge the unwanted gap that existed in her best-friend's life.

"Forget what? You know what you are talking about? He used me.." Roshni started but broke down in the middle of the sentence.

"You cheated him at the first place Roshni." Sana reminded her and Roshni was taken back to the first time she had talked to Siddharth.

FLASHBACK

"So that's a deal then! I will take your revenge and trap him in the web of love." Roshni high-fived Yash and he hugged her in delight.

"You are truly a best-friend Rosh. I love you ,just go and show him what happens when you mess around with love!" he said to her angrily.

"You don't have to do this Roshni and you know that." Sana advised her as soon as Yash went away but Roshni was adamant ,she wanted to show the casanova that he couldn't play with anyone's feelings.

He saw her and immediately a broad smile came up on his face. How he had always wanted to have her as his ,he was a cassanova for the whole college but deep-down loved only her.

She went towards him and saw him stiffening. She twirled back and showed a thumbs-up to Yash and smirked at the success of her plan.

He was tongue-tied as she put forward a hand for friendship. He wanted to say so much but seeing her looking so breathtaking he couldn't voice his thoughts.

"Will you be my boyfriend?" she asked and he was stumped. He had never imagined she would talk to him ,asking to date was something he hadn't imagined even in his wildest dreams.

Tanha hai baahein meri

He slapped himself trying to wake up from this beautiful dream. She came and kept a hand on his face and that was enough for him to melt.

Neendon bin raat bhi guzaari hai

Jo utre na teri hi toh khumaari hai

Mushqil hai bhulaana, hoon tera deewana..

"Yes!" he replied and both were happy for obvious reasons. Siddharth was happy to finally get the girl of his dreams while Roshni was happy he was falling in her trap.

He was ecstatic ,he picked her up and swung her around in his arms ,this was the best day of his life. He even thanked her for giving him a chance and Roshni felt a reason to smile return to her after so long.

PRESENT

"But you can't deny the fact that you felt something for him at that point." said Sana trying to make Roshni see reason and mend her ways.

"Oh please and even he was playing along. He did not love me or anything!" she tried to argue with Sana but to her surprise she started laughing.

"Really now? He loved you like crazy and his one look that day was enough to convince you of that I think!" she said and waited for Roshni to say anything in her defense.

"So this means you still love him don't you?" she finally asked Roshni unable to see her vulnerable state. Roshni was shocked and stunned.

"NO.." she shouted but Sana was way smarter than this ,she knew her friend better than herself.

"Don't try to fool yourself Roshni ,you know you do." she said and was about to leave when Roshni shouted at the top of her voice.

"I HATE HIM. I HATE SIDDHARTH KHURRANA!" she finished her statement oblivious to the fact that someone standing outside the door had heard her and misinterpreted her.

"You hate me so much Roshni?" he asked himself hurt and heartbroken. He went away and at the same moment Roshni sank on the floor crying ,hurt beyond repair.

"I love him. I love him and will always do!" she confessed slowly to her friend and was gathered in a hug the next second.

"Shh I know you do and that's the reason you need to try and make things right Roshni because he loves you too." Sana tried to convince her.

"No he doesn't ,he stated it very clearly that it was a forced marriage for him!" she said and Sana thumped her head with her hands frustrated at her bestfriend.

"Roshni stop acting stubborn ,even u said to him that it is a forced marriage for you. It is complicated and only you both can sort it out if you want." she explained in a loud tone.

"Me and Rithwik can't see both of you suffering like this." she said and stormed out leaving a wondering Roshni behind.

Siddharth sat in the balcony and reminisced her words. He was no longer able to control the pain and curled up into a ball and started wailing like a kid. She hated him so much ,he was so wrong in thinking even though she had a plan to trap him ,somewhere she had fallen in love with him.

"I will have to leave her alone. I am just destroying her life and that's giving only pain to both of us." he thought sitting quietly.

"I am sorry ma ,I know you wanted us to be together but it is just not working out. I guess we aren't meant to be!" he said looking at the bare sky which showed a few shining stars.

Roshni who was passing by heard this and cursed her fate. She was stunned to see him talking to stars thinking they were MA.

"I don't know how but we both think of a star as our MA ,if we are so similar why is there so much distance?" she thought and immediately his words came back to her.

"Maybe we aren't meant to be!" Roshni said looking at him through the glass door. She kept her hand on the door.

He turned around to come in and saw her with hands on the door. His heart went out to her as he saw tears in her eyes. He looked at her and the look in her eyes captured him.

He kept his hand overlapping her palms through the other side and she was blown away by the amount of peace she got by his gesture. They matched their hands on the glass door!

The most unique first kiss among the couple who had a forced marriage but still loved each other like crazy!

They slept in no time in the same positions, resting heads and maybe this was the most peaceful sleep they had got in one year.
