What if Roshni don't leave???

Most us are just predicting a SidNi separation based on the assumption that Roshni may leave Khurana house when Sid says 'Its over' and hand over the divorce papers to her. But Roshni tears the divorce papers and they are not divorced

It takes a pretty long time to win a divorce case if its one sided. ie, Since it is not a mutual divorce, Sid would have to fight a long legal battle to divorce Roshni w/o her consent. He may have to prove some serious offences like infedility, mental unsoundness etc of Roshni for getting divorce, which Sid obviously can't do.😆He can't prove any reason for divorce and Roshni can challenge Sid to prove some😆.So till the divorce happens, Roshni is the legally wedded wife of Sid and she do have all rights to live with Sid😳 If she is adamant no one can kick her out of the house not even Sid.😉

And since Roshni knows that Sid loves her and seeing DD getting back the property, she may put 1+1 together and may understand that there may be a reason for Sid's decision. To find this out, she has to live in Khurana house😉 Beeji and Raj would anyway support her, KriSim already are against her even now and Sid may be indifferent but not rude. So, everything would be just like now, if Roshni refuses to leave and KriSim plan would fail big time😆😉

So, Sid can say to Simran that he has done what she wanted, but if roshni refuses to leave he can't do anything😆 And Roshni can continue her wooing Sid and can make him weak, so that he confesses why he took that decision😉 And if she makes a come back I want her to be more bold and give it back to KriSim😡 for making SidNi suffer🤢

Even in an earlier episode, Nani said Roshni would never come back to her mayka, so I don't think she is going to give up and leave Sid this time.She would be determined to win him back, and I'm sure she would suceed👍🏼

I really want roshni to live in the khurana house with sid also. But in the spoiler videos, we saw her with DD in the pent house. So there is a possibility that DD won't let her go and keep her in the house. Let's see what happens. I wanna find out what's gonna happen next after the court drama. So much suspense only jr can give us. Monday needs to come back asap.

There is a possibility that DD would force her not to go to her sasural. But if Roshni is adamant she can easily handle DD, she has done it so many times. And I want her to live in Khurana house b'coz I don't want Krisim to win this time😕

The only good thing out of this is both confessed and this is happening against their will...so they can't be kept apart for long. Also Roshni is on a mission...she is not going to give up!

I don't know whether they are planning for a long separation track, b'coz if that was the case Yash- Sam marriage wouldn't have happened now. If Yash was single, then they could have stretched the separation somehow, now I don't know what they have planned😕 And since both SidNi want to be with each other, I feel they would get back soon😊
