CHAPTER 6
LONDON
Siddharth thinks to himself,' I have to make sure Naina is not seen on TV!'
'Siddy where are u lost?' Have u made the list I had asked from u? ,she asked skeptical.
'Uh no..,I forgot' he said absent-mindedly unaware of the volcano that was going to erupt!
'U what??' she shouted getting his attention back..'What was more important than getting the list of songs ready? Roshni? ' ,she asked angrily..
'No I was actually thinking of u!' he said cooling her down a bit ignoring the emptiness he felt when someone took her name.
'Uh okk what about me Siddy?' she asked sitting across him concerned.
'Uh we cannot get u in front of the cameras Naina ,I hope u understand that..'he asked or more likely commanded.
She nodded understanding his point.
'Thank u baby doll',he exclaimed happily and hugged her!!
She smiled but then frowned thinking of Roshni.Siddharth had felt enough pains due to her..She knew he was doing this for her again but she just could not tolerate his selfless behaviour now! Roshni needed to be taught how to treat people who love her nicely and she promised to do that for her Siddy.
Kabir came n frowned,'Hey where's my hug?'
Sid left her and hugged him.
'I know u will rock it Sid.' he said happily.
'I know after all I have such a cool manager',he said pointing at Naina.
She laughed and replied,'I would prefer hot don't u think so Cabby?'
'Oh absolutely..'Kabir replied smirking at her.
Siddharth just shook his head and started leaving when Naina held his hand and shoved some papers in his hand.
'Complete the list..soon' she said.
He nodded and left thinking what all songs he would sing on this special day for his love,his life!!
INDIA
' Do you even know how handsome he will be? ' she chided.
Roshni shook her head at what Sam was doing. She was painting an imaginary picture of the Rockstar in front of Dhruv n Nandini.
' Do you have a crush on him or what ? He is just a singer for crying out loud in fact a coward to be precise. ' she remarked rudely.
'He is not a coward.' she defended.
'Oh really then what has kept him from revealing his true face.' He is just sacared.' she retorted.
'Maybe she is right Sam he is scared of how people or more specifically how some people will react!!' Raj said eyeing Roshni.
Raj was the only person apart from Kabir and Naina who knew about Sid being the Silent Rockstar.He had heard all his son's songs and was proud of the name he had earned for himself.
Simran cut him off by saying' No he is not a coward he is very smart and talented.' Simran said praising the Rockstar and continued ' But I wonder why he sings only sad and gloomy songs?' she asked confused.
'Thats maybe because..,Raj started but saw Roshni speaking something which shook him up!
' Maybe he is in too much pain and there is no one to share his feelings so he puts his emotions in these songs ',she said lost.
Sam and Simran were shocked to see Roshni speaking in favour of the Rockstar whereas Raj had tears of happiness in his eyes seeing that Roshni had indirectly only but understood Siddharth's pain and love.
'What?' claimed DD who had just walked in..
'Roshni is praising this Rockstar?' she exclaimed shocked.
'No way he is just a good-for-nothing singer.' she remarked.
' Oh please he is the best. And he is not just a singer he is a rockstar darling. ' Sam corrected her sister and left from there.
Nandini and Dhruv left to watch TV, Roshni was passing by when the TV blared up correcting her sister..
" Who is the silent rockstar?? Mystery unveils today!! "
'The Silent Rockstar? ' she smiled at the memory..
FLASHBACK
Siddharth and Roshni were going on a secret date hiding from DD when Roshni noticed Sid was unusually quiet.She thought to ask him about it..
'Siddharth are u fine? Is something bothering u?' she asked concerned.
He still did not reply but kept driving the car immersed in his thoughts when Roshni decided to get naughty with him. She went closer to his ears and shouted 'BOO' so loudly that he almost lost the balance but then contolled himself and stopped the car.
'What was that?' he demanded..
Roshni just started moving towards him and said'Baby what happened? Why are u behaving like a silent rockstar today?'
Siddharth smiled at his wife's seductive moves n the cute nickname she had provided him. He went closer and asked,'Rockstar me?'
'Yup' ,she replied and went more close to him such that his lips were too close to hers.' Uh hnn only mine!!' she said possesively wounding her arms over his neck.
He was just going to kiss her when she pushed the car horn and jerked him away due to his momentary distraction.
She started laughing hard seeing his expressions,it seemed he had been hit by someone on his face..
He smiled seeing her laughing so lovingly and did not have the heart to do what he had intended to do that day. I can't take your happiness away on such an important day Roshni he thought to himself.
'Madame shall we proceed now or else all the date would be spoilt?' he asked in his ever so charming tone..
'Ok mister, btw where are we going Siddharth?' she asked enthusiastically.
'If u had a choice where would u want to go?' he asked totally sure of her answer.
'NGO' ,she replied happily hoping Siddharth would take her there.
'I knew it.' he said smirking at how well he knew her but then said something which shocked Roshni further 'that's why we are not going there for sure!'
'Huh',she questioned dumbfounded.
'Look I would have taken u there only but u see if we went there ur mom would come their again for spoiling my romance so I did not want to take the risk because however she is she knows u very well.'he explained proudly knowing he was right.
'So then where are we going?,she asked unable to think what new idea was cooking in his mind.
'Back home!'he said matter-of-factly.
'What? ',she asked hoping she had heard wrong but when he showed no signs of changing his statement she gazed out angrily through the window wheras he smiled thinking of how much she would love his surprise!!
They reached back to DD's home and Roshni was going to press 3rd floor button when Sid just pressed the terrace button before her.She looked at him in a murderous glare but as soon as the door of the lift opened all are anger flew away!
She was astounded looking at the view in front of her.
There were petals floating away in the pool and the sweet smell of lavendar was filling up the atmosphere making it very romantic.
The setting was totally dreamy and there was a sense of calm and serene everywhere.
Roshni smiled and was about to turn when Siddharth put a blinfold on her eyes and whispered 'The main surprise still awaits u.'
He led her somewhere and asked her to open her eyes. She was overwhelmed and tears formed in her eyes.
'Hey baby is it so bad?' he asked.
'No' she said choking of happiness and love for this guy who loved her so much 'it's beautiful!!' she replied pointing at the heart he had made of the candles and the words carved inside it read,
"SIDDHARTH AND ROSHNI 1 MONTH ANNIVERSARY"
'Oh my god Siddharth thank u so much for being in my life, I feel so lucky to have u beside me' she told hugging him tight.
'No Roshni its me who is lucky to have u.' he said smiling..
He bent close to her ears n said 'Happy anniversary my beautiful Wife '..
She replied softly,'U too my handsome husband!!'
They hugged for a while before Roshni started asking him.
'But why terrace? What if mom comes here?'
'Oho Roshni that's the thing,once she gets to know that we are missing she will search everywhere but the terrace.' Ask how?' he asked smirking.
'How?' she asked still unsure.
'I asked the servants to say that they are sleeping on the terrace today so one will be there.' he completed laughing at how he was going to fool his sasumom.
Roshni loved his laughter and she went and pecked his cheeks before she said,'I'll always love you Siddharth.'
Siddharth replied lovingly' Till my heart stops beating Roshni.'
'Maybe even then' she completed.
Flashback over...
LONDON [Wembley Stadium]
'He is going to perform live for the first time today , don't you think he will be nervous?' he asked.
' No ' Naina replied confidently and continued ' it is time to make some people realize his worth in their lives.'
'Naina please don't make it difficult.' Kabir said knowing her intentions too well..
'I'll just make it as much as is required!' Naina said.
Siddharth was just smiling away to himself remembering the memory.
"Just wait and watch Roshni,how your Silent Rockstar blows everyone's mind away! I will make our love win Roshni and I'll keep fighting till my heart stops beating."
INDIA
Here Roshni was smiling and crying too and once again she completed Siddharth saying 'Maybe even then.'
