Part 9
Note: This part has many medical elements, I am sorry for any mistakes.
The sight of Sid lying on the hospital bed lifeless and depending on the life-support system was the most horrible thing she could have ever imagined. She slowly went near him and sit down next to him. Tears rolled down her cheek seeing Sid in this condition.She hesitantly caressed his face. He was looking very pale.
"Siddarth...Siddarth, I am sorry. I dont know if you can hear me, I didnt mean to hurt you", Roshni said. She stopped as she didnt want to disturb him.
She run with her fingers through his hair. She then gave him a small kiss on his forehead and one on his cheek.
She then noticed that his cheek was burning with high temperature. She immediately touched his arms and noticed that his whole body was burning with high temperature. He was having high fever. Roshni panicked and ran outside to call the doctor.
The Doctor immediately came and checked on Sid.
Roshni, Raj and Simran were waiting outside impatiently for any news. In the meanwhile Roshni informed her mum that she is spending the night at a friends house. DD then asked her about leaving abruptly with Yash after the engagement. She then answered that she wanted to spend a few time with Yash alone. She decided not to disclose the truth infront of her mum at this moment.
The Doctor then came and said" Mr. Khurana is having high fever due his injuries and the immense loss of blood. His body is reacting to the exertions of the operation. He will need more blood transfusions but we are running out of blood from type B."
Roshni immediately said" I have the blood group B, please take my blood."
A nurse took Roshni with her and Simran again started to blame Roshni.
"Its all this girls fault that my son is fighting for his life and you are allowing her to meet him. Now she even donates him blood. Its all her drama."
"Enough, dont utter a word against Roshni, cant you see how shattered she is because of Sid? Sid is her husband and she loves him very much.Roshni is his life.He needs her now", Raj shouted angrily at her.
Simran then realised that it would be better for her to be quiet at this moment.But she decided not leave Roshni. Once Sid was stable, she would kick Roshni out of his life.
Roshni was lying on a hospital bed next to Siddarth and she donated him blood. She looked at him.Tears rolled down her cheek.
Roshni took little rest then. Raj came and asked"How are you Roshni? Take rest.the whole day was very exhausting for you as well and you cried the whole day"
" No,I am fine, dad. I just want Sid to be fine", she answered and sat down next to Sid again.
"Now you both are bonded by blood as well", Raj said while looking at Roshnis care and love for Sid.
Roshni then spent the remaining night next to Siddarth and prayed for his well being.She didnt sleep a single minute. The Doctor checked a few times on him. His fever sank a little, but he still hasnt gained conscience.
The Doctor came in the daybreak and checked on Sid, Roshni asked him about Sid.
"Mrs. Khurana your husband needs to gain conscience by the next three hours or he will slip into a coma", he answered her and left.
Roshni got even more worried.She sat down next to him.
"Siddarth please wake up, please you cant punish me like this. Please, I cant live without you. Please open your eyes", she begged him while crying. She then put her head on his chest.
Just then Roshni noticed Sid moving his arm and she immediately looked at him.Siddarth started to open his eyes slowly.
So this was Part 9. I am sorry for updating late. And no more sufferings of Sid, I promise.
