Yeah I know you guys do a lot of stress busters.... But still lack of sleep will make you tired... That too you have been like this for continuos four months now... Before starting your day do breathing exercise... Nothing which you have to learn exclusivley... Just sit down straight and inhale, exhale deeply... Don't forget your food... You guys wouldn't eat heavily... So little here and there have lots and lots of water... Summer's is very bad we all know.... Juices, fruits, coconut water... Don't dehydrate yourself guys... Hu would know all and must be giving you tips... Just don't too much take into heart... Give it a light thought, but show it in your work, i.e. dance.... Take care... Tell Hu and others also... Shamayal ko specifically...
