How did you enter the TV world?
I never planned it. My older sister is in this line too. I happened to go to the studio where one of the photographers spotted me. I was offered a TV commercial. Gradually, I completed around
30 - 40 commercials. Later, I got Kyun Hota Hai Pyar, Ayushman and Jab Love Hua.

What are your current projects on TV?
Currently, I am only doing Jab Love Hua on Zee TV.

How much do you relate to your character in Jab Love Hua?
My role in the serial is totally different from my personality in reality. I play the role of a villager. He is very bhola-bhala and a straight forward person. He likes to work hard and wants to bring progress into his village. He comes to town and meets a modern city girl. And the story flows. The only resemblance between me and my role in the serial is the straight forwardness.

Did you always want to be an actor?
No, I never thought of it earlier but I'm quite satisfied with acting. I will continue this career. I cannot think of anything else. I don't know what my career would have been, if not acting.

What are your hobbies?
I like to watch movies, eat out and travel. I am definitely not an introvert and like to freak out whenever possible.

Your happiest moment?
Eleven days back when I got married.

Future plans?
I am very happy with TV. But if some good standard offers come my way then I wouldn't mind going in for movies.
