Two Options for nihal's custody - Future Track

Option 1
in the court the lawyer will say bad things about Ayesha and veer himself will decide that nihal with live only with ayesha and also this is possible because according to first couple of promos veer is just looking at ayesha and nihal from far. nihal is not with him.

Option 2
Joint custody. may be veer and ayesha will get married in order to stay with nihal. ayesha will be ready to get married because nihal can get good education, nice home and all the facilities that he need and veer will be ready too for his mother cause he knows if they dont get custody of nihal his mom's health problem will increases.
there are only 20 to 40 % chances for this to happen

so this is wat i think will happen

I want joint custody...but not marriage just yet...I want Veer to realize that he's in love with her. Addidtionally there is to be a love triangle....so if they got married...the drama would be done for!!!

Hey- if option one pans out. I would feel very bad for ayesha to stay in the same house as veers family. They make it a living he'll for her...as they already blame her sister for Jai's passing. There sud be joint custody between veer and ayesha soley. I feel demented is up to no good... She wants nihaal for all the wrg season and really isn't a good model for nihal. Hopefully veer will wrk out somethg:). Go veer go

As Ayesha has no job and Nihal is heir of Vardhan's the judge will give following judgement

Nihaal will be in the custody of Vardhan's but

Ayesha will be given an option of staying along with Nihaal as she is his maternal aunt and upto 18 years of his age she will be his guardian and if Nihal isnot taken care at Vardhan's house she can complain to the court.

Later In case sheis married she canstay separately and in such case Nihal will be allowed to meet her everyday.

In case Ayesha dosent agree for above she has to leave the custody of Nihaal to Vardhan's.

In case Vardhan's dont like Ayesha staying with them then they have to forego Nihaal till majority as they cannot separate Nihaal from his maasi at this tender age.

Iam sure Ayesha will agree and Veer anyway will jump with the idea( He wants both Ayesha and Nihal)but his mom might have an apprehension but Veer will overrule it.

So the next track would be all staying together. Iam sure Ayesha will say she willnot stay free of cost and she will work and pay to them. Thus she might continue int he hotel and the Raj- Ayesha track will start with Jealousy of Veer showing up. What say...
