I think She'll cry alot. She is not going to tell others. Sailendra is going to say something very smartly and she like always belive him.

I think Aradhana will remain silent and will continue to suffer silently. I agree, Shailu will make some excuse and blame Sameera for the whole episode (that is if Aradhana confronts him)

She will be like a dead woman in a live body till Shantanu infuses life and the will to live back into her.

I guess she wont reveal anything to anyone....but she will surely be more determined and stop being weak...and also she would show Shaliendra his place for the first time...Like she would start behaving like a stranger with him....and wont let Shailendra involve into her personal details...make distance with him....

That's what I feel she would do...
