Shailendra is fast asleep in Nikita's room, unaware of what has transpired back home. Aradhana finally manages to get in touch with him after several desperate attempts. Immediately on hearing the news, both of them leave to meet Jawahar, who is stable for now.
On his way back, Shailendra beats up a man who is rude to Aradhana, which shocks her. Meanwhile, Jawahar declares his wish to see all his sons together, which the other family members fail to understand except for Nirmala. She apprehends the subtle message and is shocked with such a statement being made by Jawahar.
