Amazing you guys.. so practical and true to the characters. Could not have asked for a better ending to their issue. Like Loveleen said. It's brought back N and R all over again.

"I trust you more than anyone in this world, you know that. 15 years, have not been able to even slightly affect my trust and my love for you, They have stood strong and now, are stronger than ever. They have and always will remain pristine. And I know, so is your trust and love for me.", uttered Nachiket softly, as he tightened his grip on her hands, still on his cheeks.

"Then why? Why? What is it that pushes us into such situations all the time? I want to find out, fix it for once and for all", earnestly urged Ragini, desperateness evident in her voice, as her eyes searched for answers in his.

After minutes of silence and pondering on her words, "I dont have an answer, I dont know.. may be it is that, I have craved for you so much over the years, that i cant see you go away from me, even for a bit. May be that, in the years we were together, I didnt see you in so many roles, we were newly married, I and only I was your world.. Ragini remained the same in my thoughts over the years.. Practically, I understand its different now, you have more roles to fulfill, par kya karoon dil ko samjhane mein, meri 15 saalon ki khayalon ki Ragini ko badalne mein waqt lag raha hai", he said lost in thoughts staring at the corner of the room, while Ragini intently chewed on his every word.

"Kya tum abhi bhi waise hi ho", she said finally, comprehending his thoughts.. It was more of a question for them to think about, than for him to answer..

"hrm hrm", Sunny Tai knocked on the door.. "Ragini Tai, pooja shuru hone wali hai, Sab log aagaye hai", she informed

"Hum abhi aate hai", murmured Ragini, signalling her to give her 2 minutes and Sunny Tai walked away.

"Chalo, ready ho jao", she said to Nachiket with a sigh - indicating the conversation was incomplete, , gesturing at the clothes on the hanger, hanging from the wardrobe handle.

Nachiket, instantly flashed a smile of surprise.. "How could i think, Ragini would not have taken out my clothes", he silently chided himself. before impulsively pecking on her cheek, taking her by complete surprise.

Ragini flashed her dimples for a second, then curbing her smile, "We are not done yet!", she announced sternly and motioned "Chalo!"

Loved the update, am glad N clarified more about his insecurities. And even more glad, Ragini mentioned that this conversation was not over, and neither were the issues addressed fully.

The Puja went on for long and the mood was sombre and reflective.

Nachiket could well realise how important it was for Naani, Maa and of course, Ragini. The absence of her Father for so long had actually taken away so much from her life that she had tried to find that connection in Dadaji.

He himself was no stranger to this loss; both Pam and he had grown up without their parents, when they had succumbed to a road accident long back. The memories were a blur now, and Nachiket shook his head.

He looked up after a while to find her staring at him, he reached out and squeezed her hand. She squeezed his fingers back, and smiled, her eyes swimming with tears now. Both realising how hurtful and monumental, it has been for their children to grow up without the other parent.

Few relatives had joined them for the Puja, and so had Dimpy, Karan and RK. Ragini was busy as she helped Sunny Tai in the kitchen; she had arranged for dinner for all.

She found Nachiket hovering around her, just at arm's length, breathing down her neck - guiding her throughout, his fingers on her elbow. She knew he was trying to help her and she appreciated it, but she needed the hectic schedule to think about their conversation before. It always helped her regain her perspective.

She could feel the children's eyes on them, every now and then, and she gently requested him to be away, somewhere else, as she flitted around in the kitchen.

'They are fine' Suhaani smiled, as she looked at them - her Mom busy with the preparations around, and her Dad, hanging around and offering a helping hand.

Agham sighed 'Methinks, we have to push them back together, every time they do something to threaten the unity.'

'Let them be ...' suggested Ranbir. 'They will always find their way back to each other.'

Nishi nodded her head 'I wonder how they survived being away for each long'.

Aarav sighed as he picked up his mobile phone to click a photo of them together.

Ragini started her planned leave from the next day. She told Nachiket the same when he asked her why she wasn't getting ready for Hospital.

'You aren't doing this to avoid me, are you?' asked Nachiket, before he could stop himself.

Ragini had stopped mid-way in changing the cushion covers and was looking at him. She didn't say anything for a few seconds, and Nachiket was afraid he had said the wrong thing. Now that he thought about it, he sounded stupid asking that question. He knew the doctor had asked her to take the rest and she had announced her decision before their yesterday's argument.

'I know of better ways to avoid you,' she finally said and resumed working on the covers.

Nachiket couldn't help but smile. But he didn't dare say anything else. He knew it would take time for everything to get normal.
