PKHJD is a 9 pm slot, its a heavily competed slot, you have KKB, DABH, Ashoka on the rival channels & all are doing well. 9pm slot has been a disaster for Sony for quite a long, ever since new system was put in place, it has become just worse than what it usually was ... The last show which regularly got decent TRP's was Saas Bina Sasural

probably they missed the TRP as its an 5:30 show, there's not even a single ad anywhere on tv, stating show has been shifted to 5:30 slot.

It might be having 0.01 or 0.05 @ present, no ads & who would expect a fresh episode between Crime Patrol & CID marathon ?

TVRs are not calculated for non prime-time slots.

Not expecting ratings at its present early slot. No announcement was made on television, there were no promos and there is no repeat.
They only announced on twitter and that was also the wrong time. And that i also believe was intentional on the channel's part. Perhaps to get more viewers for their new show they announced its repeat time to be iknmp's new slot from then onwards.
How smart.

They didn't even give iknmp a chance which it deserved because it got them good ratings from the beginning till around June and then onwards also it had decent TRP
