Ok, is there someone who knows anything about GIFs/editing videos/technology/life that could help me edit this GIF? I've been trying all evening and I can't get the GIF resized while still maintaining a decent quality...

Literally the only thing I've been able to do is fix that ugly green band by removing the first few frames. Any silent readers who are techies?
