1. No kid who is brought up in USA would refer to salad dressings as sauces. No one in US calls them sauces. Neil and Suhani keep talking about adding sauces to their salad.
2. It takes almost 10-12 years to become a doctor in US and even longer to become a specialist/surgeon. It's not like India where you can go to med school right after high school. You first do a four year bachelor's degree and then go to med school. In the four year degree you can take pre-med subject such as biology etc but that is not medical school. So Dr Kartick doing surgeries (or being a gyanae at the age of 22-23 is unbelievable (unless he is a child prodigy who did high school at the age of 11). Also Suhani can't be studying medicine right after high school even if she is pre-accepted in a medical program, she still has to do the bachelor's degree before she can start actual med studies.
