Jia - Suhani may have celebrated a couple of birthdays in these 9 months and now is 18+, otherwise why would she ask to go with her BF alone on some forest trip.

She doesn't need to kill anyone further too ..

My guess is .. once the US family is back in India .. Suhani will ask Karthik .. an IVF Expert .. to help her sister conceive .. Maybe something of that sort .. Another love triangle will be too risky for NB ..
