Ragini and Aman are in the hospital walking around, when Ragini vanishes. Aman looks for her here and there.
It's actually Neil who has pulled Ragini into a store room for some romantic talk. 😉 After a few romantic lines and recollection of sweet moments in the past, Ragini asks him to leave her. The camera moves to a side, but doesn't reveal who's there.
Arav meets the bhai who lent him money and explains that he has got another deal and needs 30 Lakh loan. The bhai asks why he's asking him money when his dad is anyway a rich man. Arav explains that there's some tension going on in his house. The bhai agrees to give the money, but adds that this time there's a small formality to be completed.
Aman searches the hospital for Ragini when he bumps into Devika and RK. He asks them if they have seen Ragini. RK gives a naughty smile. They hear a noise coming in from a room beside them.
Inside Ragini asks Neil to hide. Aman enters the room and asks Ragini what she's doing there. Ragini tells Aman that there's a mouse in the room. 😆 There's some funny convo and Aman walks out with Ragini saying he'll catch the mouse. Neil is relieved to see Aman leave.
Outside they meet RK and Devika. RK says that he was missing' Devika. 😲 (Some sparks really flying here??? ) RK asks Aman where's Neil. Aman realises that even Neil is missing from the time they came to the hospital. RK asks Ragini if the mouse was really big' 😉 to which he says yes. RK knows what's up.😆 Ragini walks away.
Arav is counting money on his terrace when Shilpa who's drying clothes comes over to talk to him and is surprised at the amount of money he's handling. She appreciates it, Arav says that his business deals in lakhs. Shilpa says that she admires his abilities and she asks him if he has a job for her. Arav tells her she could handle the scheduling of his events and before he completes, Ranbir calls Shilpa and she goes aside to speak to him. Arav once again remembers how Shilpa had admitted her love for Ranbir and becomes jealous. He shuts his bag and walks off the terrace. Shilpa completes her call and looks for Arav and finds him missing.
In the hospital Aman and Ragini are in the canteen when Neil joins them. Neil says that he has been invited to be chief guest at a conference in Pune and would like one of the hospital staff to accompany him. Aman offers to accompany Neil. 🤣 Ragini blushes 😳 Neil reminds Aman that there would be no one to handle the hospital's operations. Aman says he'll handle it. Neil says sarcastically that it would look nice for the two of them to go on a long drive, talking. 🤣 Aman remembers the last time they were together (I think on the way to Neeshi's wedding) and realises that it's not a pleasant experience. Back to present, Aman tells Neil that it would really be difficult for him to accompany Neil and first suggests Devika's name...and then mentions Ragini. (Exactly what Ragini and Neil wanted 😉) Ragini seems surprised and says that she has to handle the hospital work. Neil convinces her and finally Ragini agrees to go. Their meal arrives and Neil admires the aroma. Neil tries to touch Ragini's feet from under the table and it touches Aman's leg. Aman wonder what it is...and Neil says it must be the mouse. Aman says he'll do something about the mice. (Come on, no one can be this dumb...he's only pretending!)
In Karan's house, Karan, Dimpy and Pam are sitting with serious faces when RK comes in and asks them if someone has died. 😆 He asks them if there's any good restaurant nearby. Pam jealously says that RK wants to take someone special out and suggests a cheap place, Bulbul Family Bar. RK says it's a wonderful idea and asks Pam to get ready as she's the someone special' whom he was planning to take out for dinner. 🤣 Pam laughs and says she thought he was planning to take Devika. RK says she's family' and Pam throws a cushion at him. Pam then says it's a good idea and suggests that they all go out for dinner as it'll be a nice break. She phones Nivedita who's still sulking and asks her if she would like to join them for dinner. Nivedita refuses saying that she wants some space of her own for some time. Pam says she understands.
In the hospital, Neil offers to drop Ragini home and she hesitates. Neil asks them when they are going to get some private time. Aman comes and asks Neil if he would like to join him and Ragini while going home. (Aman still assumes that he's going to drop Ragini home as usual.) Ragini realises how the equation has changed after the patch up between herself and Neil. Aman too seems to realise something and there's some awkwardness.

Precap: Neil tells Pam that he's going to join Aman's hospital. Pam reminds Neil that he's the head of a cardiology dept of a big hospital in the US, his kids are studying back there and it's not practical for him to hang around in India any longer.
