he did suffer but then he could wallow in self pity without a care in the world...he was secure in all other means and hence the rest of his family could be provided with...ragini could not even break down...she had a family to look after ,nurture and fulfill their needs ...imagine working then educating self and then taking care of the children an ailing grandmother ,a mother and no financial security...that is what becomes the core point...how on earth could he neglect that...
nachiket had pam who was a strong support system in his life hence the kids on his side had a secure and protective upbringing with pam always there for them as a mother and neil there as a father even if not emotionally...you cannot even put ashaben in that category...
