Two highly intelligent people, totally in love, married for 4/6/8 years, four little kids, lots of bills, a mortgage, extended family, very close loving friends, etc. etc. should suddenly find themselves unable to communicate about an old friend, pregnant, in need of medical help?
Shouldn't the very close friends (Karan, RK and Dimpy) rally around, and resolve the misunderstanding? How did it get to DIVORCE? And wouldn't the legal counsel at least advise them to get marriage counseling?
I am not buying this MU as the reason for divorce! It is way too stupid!
Note to CVs: You can make your protagonists suddenly appear remarkably stupid and lose all sense of reasonable thought, but please don't insult your viewers' intelligence by showing this groundless reason for divorce!!
Come up with something better! We are waiting.
