these days half of You tube episodes are muted because of Audio copyright infringement. Just don't get it. Only on You tube. Dailymotion videos are fine. But you tube Sony shows are of highest quality and compared to that Dailymotion videos really suck. It's understandable at the hospital in the work environment but I'm surprised he hasn't taunted her yet about it (unless I've missed it somewhere - I find when Neil's dialogues are on the background music tends to be a bit too loud and I have difficulty catching everything he says).

I wondered about that as well. And the background music is too loud, cannot hear what Neil is saying, it is as if he is muttering to himself, I rewind and try to lip read :( and they are such witty one liners too :(
