I think he left her becoz of mutiple reasons and i am thinking two main reasons

1) Her over possesiveness towards him

2) she accused him that he cheated her and he had relationship with Rupali and their result is Suhani.

Ofcourse there will be many many more like the involvement of Pam and all as this Ranbir track once again showed us that Neil is not updated with any incidents which happens behind his back i.e like Karan changed the statement and blaimed Shilpa or Pam went to hospital and tried to give money to Shilpas MOM.

WELL ,i wont blaime Neil,as it always happend with every BT leading charecter,they keep him in dark.
