Ragini arrives at Karan's residence and asks Dimpy about Neil. Dimpy tells her that he's in her room and Ragini moves there. She expresses her disgust on Pam trying to bribe Shilpa's Mom and Neil utters that he's unaware of this matter. He calls Pam and she tells him that she went there because she doesn't trust Ragini as she can do anything to trap Ranveer. She just advised Shilpa's Mom not to come under someone's influence and the money was to pay their bills. Pam taunts Ragini by uttering that she isn't a mother who leaves her children after their birth. Neil justifies Pam's act and claims that Aarav lied. He reminds Ragini of Aarav's bitter words to her to which she replies that he felt guilty and returned whereas his son Ranveer has no guilt feeling for the crime he committed. Neil declares that if Ranveer is proven guilty, it'll be his defeat and he'll send Aagam to her as his punishment and keep Aarav forever. Ragini agrees. They shake hands.
Just then, Nivedita enters with her clothes. This causes a mini quarrel between Neil and Ragini and the former declares that she has no right to seek an explanation because she moved on first. Ragini utters that she'll knock from the next time and leaves. On the way she thinks that she hasn't moved on as her past didn't let her do so. Neil thinks that she only gave him the chance to move on or else he couldn't even think of it. Jignesh's family arrives at Ragini's house and Aman greets them. Dadi seems irked by Aman's presence. The family inquires about Neil to which Ragini makes an excuse that he's busy in a surgery. Dadi expresses her displeasure and utters that such occasions are rare and no work holds a greater importance. Scene shifts to Sahir and Aarzoo who enter the hospital and look for Dr. Pratham. Neil arrives there looking for the same doctor and greets Sahir. He utters that even though Aarzoo is hurt, the pain resides in Sahir's eyes. The lady coldly utters that the ones who give pain don't know how to bear it. Dr. Pratham enters and begins examining her. Sahir tells Neil that his heart seems broken. He further utters that a heart's relation with pain is eternal and both are bound to be together. Neil assures him that everything will be fine and wishes him all the best. They hug. Neil tells Pam that he's going to Ragini's house to attend the Pooja. Nivedita comes to accompany him and utters that she's afraid of Ragini's reaction. Neil tells her that she should accompany him everywhere as she's his future wife. Pam is impressed by Neil's decision and tells him that Ragini will surely be jealous. Dadi sings a Gujarati song at the Pooja and asks Jignesh's mother to sing along with her. Neil arrives with Nivedita. Baa feels happy and utters that every time something good happens after his arrival, like the 'besura' song stopped. Neil utters that some occasions hold a greater significance in comparison to regular work. A curious Dadi inquires about Nivedita.

Precap: Dadi ridicules the family keeping Neil/Ragini in focus and declares that she won't tie a bond with this family.
