Yes its plain ridiculous! Although I would say for another reason:

Timeline
- Aarav and Ranbir left Karan;s house at almost the same time. In fact Aarav was almost killed by Ranbir, he however escaped. But at that time with Ranbir's driving and Shilpa standing up her Dupatta flew into the air and onto Aarav's face.
-The accident happened after Aarav left which was after 10:05 since he took a picture of Dimpy and Karan at 10:05
- But Shilpa was admitted in the hospital between 9:30 and 9:50 - give or take 5-10 minutes before and after 9:40
So one of the following have to be wrong
- Aarav did not take a picture at 10:05, if he did not then how did the picture come onto his phone at that time. So I guess Aarav took the picture
- If Aarav took the picture than how come he saw Ranbir leaving with Shilpa. But he did, because he was nearly run over and the dupatta is proof he saw her - so he did not take the picture! Which means Ragini cannot conclude that it was not Karan who was in the accident!
- If he took the picture, then Ragini cannot conclude that Aarav was responsible for the accident, since he was at home when Shilpas mom came asking for Shilpa. This would have been after the accident, so he did not take the picture, but the pciture was on the phone, so it cannot be Aarav's Phone!
Gosh a typical Kekta show no logic or logical timeline!
But the MU about Neil was great, it actually fits Ragini's character perfectly, as she jumps to conclusions without thinking. She hates the idea of Nachiket moving on and I think she hates it more because it is Nivedita and therefore wants to blame him for everything.
Nachiket loosing his temper on Karan was also believable but not for the reason mentioned, but because when NIshi and Jignesh ran into Karan's car he was going to leave them on the road and go too. Neil should not have attacked Karan for taking an 18-yr old but for escaping from the accident site. He must know if he is a good friend that Karan is all smoke and no fire!
But anyways lost of MUs but mostly illogical.
Also Please give Dr Aman new dialogues! Neil is right he does nothing besides standing next to Ragini!
