The episode starts with Aarav getting ready to attend Agam's birthday party in which Pam has invited him at Karan's house. His friend is quite hesitant to go there without informing anyone. But Aarav backs him up and when Nishi asks while moving out where they are going he lies that they're going to Juhu beach. Nishi gets suspicious but Ragini's mom convinces her saying his mood will be better after a outing friends. Ragini arrives just after Aarav and his friend leave. Ragini, Nishi make plans for a birthday party for Aarav to make him happy. Sunny tai brings items for decoration. Here Agam is enjoying the grand party. He tries to flirt with a girl whom Karan introduces with him but the girl shows more interest on Ranbir and complements Agam with he's a kid (đ). Pam, Dimpy and another lady are talking at one side. When the lady asks whether Nachiket has remarried or not Pam says now she has found a girl perfectly suited for her bro and she's none other than Nivedita. The latter arrives just the moment and tells to them that she wants to cook something special for Agam as his birthday gift. Pam's impressed. Aarav and his friend arrive at the party and they are mesmerized seeing the grandeur. Aarav feels shame on not having costly partywears, phones and reluctantly decides to go back but Agam spots him and warmly welcomes the two. (I love this sweet brotherly bond between the two.) Ranbir notices them. Agam makes Aarav feel comfortable there and asks about other family members but the latter replies they'll come later and says sorry for Ragini's rude behaviour. Ranbir angrily questions Pam why Aarav is present there and is shocked learning Pam has invited him. Pam says she's turned Ragini's game on her by inviting her son (). Agam introduces Aarav as his twin brother to all with an announcement and asks him to cut the cake together. Ranbir is shocked, hurt and angry. Agam presents Aarav a bike as bday gift and even invites Shilpa to the party much to the latter's surprise. Aarav thanks him. While Agam goes to feed Ranbir cake Ranbir shows his anger on him and warns him not to have any connection with Patel family and asserts that Aarav isn't their brother. Agam replies 'Aapke na man ne se sach badal nai jayega. Aap mere bade bhai hai, mai aapki har baat manunga, lekin yeh baat nahi man sakta'. (Well saidđ.. Agam is the star of the episode.) Shilpa is excited knowing about bike and goes to see it with him. Ranbir meets Aarav's friend at drinks' counter and collects info on Aarav-Shilpa. Ragini calls Aarav as he hasn't reached home yet but he doesn't pick up the call. Nachiket arrives home and surprised seeing the party. Pam tells him that Nivedita plans the party and is in kitchen to make something for Agam and advises him to go there and thanks Nivedita. Ranbir approaches Shilpa and starts to flirt with her. He offers her to drop home in his luxury car and she readily agrees (Aarav needs to know that she is a materialistic girl). Here Ragini again calls Aarav but Nivedita picks up the call and asks her to come at Karan's house asap. She also says her both sons are happily celebrating their birthday together and it is incomplete without their mother. Ragini is utterly shocked.
