WOW thanks for this. so difficult to keep up the age. at first when i heard them call her mom i thought i misheard it and that they were calling her pam not mom. after listening carefully i found out they call her mom. and at first when i just randomly watched the show i thought pam was niel's girlfriend. lol. they give me more of a wife/girlfriend-husband vibe than brother sister. and the kids call her pam also. its either pam or mom.

ragini herself told when she was 17 she gave birth to first child so now ragini is 38 yrs old n neil is doctor so he is 45

i don't know about the age guys.. but let the kids call her mom...after all she did bring them up...

Waise bhi... the kids call ragini as maa remember... suhani said maa nahi hai... she considers pam as her mom.. but not as her maa... but she felt and said that ragini would have been how her maa would have been if she was present... while agham calls ragini as maa or mom... but consider only her as his mother..

Maa is the term that is definitely used by all three kids brought up in the NY, to address ragini...

remember the one time agham stood up to his brother ranbir and asked him why he was coming to the wedding if he wasn't interested in attending it... he said mujhe dekhna hai ki apne bachon ki chod ke jaane wali maa, before he changed it to aurat... and in india... clearly... desi wali term hi chalta hai yaar... whoever can call whomever mom, mummy, mama.. koi bhi... but maa is the term that holds significance.. so no big deal for me...

Pam mom toh ban sakthi hai... Maa nahi... that is something, a place, even ranbir himself doesn't give to pam.. consciously or unconsciously.. i haven't seen him addressing pam as maa... just mom...

sorry for the essay by the way... just wanted to explain my point of view clearly...
