Ragini's neighbor spots Neil coming out of her house and figures out that he was in for 45 minutes. She wonders what Neil was doing indoors and utters Ragini always came amid her becoming the society secretary and she will retaliate once she attains the position.
Aman is informed that Neil is coming, he gets anxious and calls Ragini who thinks that Neil must have gone to confront Aman. Neil arrives and is greeted by Aman. Neil tells him that he went to his residence but he wasn't there and then goes on confusing the poor chap by uttering that he must be coming early to avoid Ragini's pressure and even his puzzlement is due to her only, he feels sad for him as he's ruled by Ragini. He's her puppet. Aman says that he and Ragini have been together for years and he needs her for every small thing, he feels incomplete without her. He further tells Neil that he met Ragini on 12th June, 2003 and goes on praising her while Neil just stares with a spark of rage.
Neil asks him if he got Nancy's mail to which Aman replies yes and tells him that Ragini will brief him about today's surgeries. Neil leaves and sees Ragini entering Aman's cabin. Ragini requests him to become her husband for a few days. Aman reminds her that she rejected his proposal and comcludes she's more confused than him. Ragini tries to explain that it's necessary for Nishi's wedding. Aman joins hands in front of her and Neil spots it and thinks that men like Aman make women like Ragini rule over them.
When Ragini comes out, Neil tells her that he will come at 9:00 p.m. as Aman can follow her, not he. Ragini replies that she isn't bothered of him. Neil then asks her that how many times she makes Aman join hands and bow to her? They get into an argument when Devika arrives and is glad to see that Neil remembers her. Neil says he never forgets pretty faces and leaves. Devika says he's hot and has changed the environment of this hospital. She'll lure him within 15 minutes. Ragini gets irked and Devika utters she's reacting as if he's her husband. Ragini says that he can be anything but not her husband and leaves.
Dimpy is trying to fix the button of Karan's pants while scolding him for purchasing the wrong size. Neil arrives and says they should have closed the door atleast. Pam comes and asks why anyone isn't ready. Neil replies that they'll go after sometimes.
Aagam is very excited to attend the function and meet his Mom. Ranveer abruptly replies that she isn't their mother. Mother is the one who nurtures her kids, so Pam is their mother and not Ragini who didn't look back once in these 15 years. Aagam reminds him that even their Dad didn't look at their siblings. Ranveer tells him he'll go there just to see how that woman looks.
Dimpy sees everything Gujarati in their Punjabi hotel including dancers and Karan tells her that this sacrifice is for Nishi. Sunny Tai arrives with her crowd and Dimpy scolds her. Sunny Tai mistakes her to be a maid and proceeds.
Neil and Pam arrive and are welcomed by Aman. Pam tells him that he's looking different now and wonders why he's doing this ladies job. Neil utters that he must have been instructed to do so and can't refuse, saying so, he leaves. He further tells Pam that all Aman lacks is wearing a saree and says he's Ragini's husband. He further expresses his anger on Dr. Aman and Pam expresses that he's being a jealous husband. Neil disagrees with her words and clarifies he just feels pity for Aman who is a puppet of his wife's hands.
Aagam drags Ranveer and tells him they are going to meet Nishi. Ranveer denies meeting her stating he has just one sister. Karan signals Aagam towards Ragini and Nishi's room. Aagam rushes there and Ragini thinks that Aarav has come. Aagam realizes that she's his mother, both hug and become emotional. Ragini parts seeing Neil and recalls her promise.
