Barun won an award *Check Pg 2*

Hey!

So I came to know that Voting is going on for ITA awards and upon checking, I found that Barun Sobti has been nominated for not 1 but 2 shows!! ⭐️

Once on the site, scroll down to Best Actor (Web) and search "Barun" in the search bar.

As you will notice, he has been nominated for Halahal and Asur both.

P.S. Do inform me if you're able to vote. For some reason, the site keeps on saying invalid email id even when I cross checked thrice. I don't know if it specifically has a problem with my id or it's something in general .

ETA : Was able to vote with same ID today 😆. Must have been a server problem or something at that time.

I started off with scrolling but eventually decided that the search bar was given for a reason 🤣.

And that's so odd! I was using my real existing email id and it still said invalid 😑.

I'll try again tomorrow 🤔. If it still doesn't work, I'll go your way. Fake IDs rule! 😆

Managed to vote today with the same ID I was trying to use yesterday 😆.

I haven't seen Halahal or Asur either, but decided to vote for Asur. 😆

Vaise Sana se yaad aaya... Sana Makbul (Lavanya in IPK) has also been nominated for a TV show "Vish". Never heard of this show though 😅.

To be honest Stuti, if you ask me, I would have voted for Barun, had he made some efforts to connect with his fans and well wishers and would have bothered to give some importance to such awards. If he doesnt take out time out of his busy schedule of attending the awards, engaging fans, why should I be bothered about what awards he is winning? If he is capable enough, he will win without any efforts. For him, this award will go on some forgotten corners of his house.

I am huge admirer of him. His work ethics are very strong, he likes his job and gets paid for it. He doesnt care about the other aspects such as PR and fan engagements. I respect that. Therefore considering the same, even i would limit by my precious time by investing in his shows which is watchable :)

I don't know about awards but I recently came to know that Barun and Sanaya both have volunteered to chat with their fans so that the money can be collected for Covid relief. It's been going on since months in fact.

And I also heard the first hand account of one of those fans who took part in this. From what I heard, Barun interacted very nicely, seemed quite interested in talking and even randomly remembered some lesser known facts about the place this fan resides in.

So, I wouldn't necessarily say that he doesn't engage fans. Not being on social media is one thing of course but apart from that, I believe he does care about his fans... maybe not in the "Yes, I've so many fans " kind of way but just for the love and support he gets 😳.

On the other hand, awards... especially those like this aren't really much important 😆. So it's entirely alright if you don't vote despite being a fan ❤️.
