I am not sure who I loathe more - Shyam or Khushi's parents. I think I'll go with the later. Shyam, by nature appears to be a good for nothing, selfish a**hole. So his psyco"pati"ness doesn't come as a surprise. But aren't parents supposed to be the safety net for their kids when their feet falter? In Khushi's case, they not only tried to brainwash her into staying in an abusive marriage, but it seems like they are in denial about her divorce too. And it's probably a case of log-kya-kahenge 🙄, cause financially they are quite well off. All Khushi needed from them was a bit of emotional support. For some reason, Khushi's recollection from the past made me think about Aamir Khan's dialogue from Taare Zammen par - "Khayal karna bohot zaroori hai. Issmein ilaaj ki shakti hai, ek marham hai jisse dard mitta ha". But her parents failed her...at multiple levels.

Both times when Khushi was injured, Arnav Singh Raizada was present; either in spirit or in person. Coincidence much? Feels like a case of "Kuch toh hain tujhse raabta...", no?

Raabta toh hain, and Anjali appears to have caught on to it. Arnav & Khushi have already started feeling the stirrings of Rabba ve and this realization will have them both running in opposite directions at top speed. So I am relying solely on Anjali & Lavanya to play cupid here.

With Khushi barely able to walk, I wonder what will happen next? Will Khushi agree to ride pillion with Arnav? She has to. We can't expect Arnav to carry her in his arms now, or can we? Maybe they take a detour and spend some time alone before joining the junta.

Those lines about mistaking Arnav's introversion and social ineptness for a lack of the ability to perceive were bang on. Some of the most caring and responsible people I know are introverts who barely utter a word when in public.

PS1 - If I don't say this, I shouldn't be calling myself a JWM fan - "Khushi, tum toh bohot hi ameer nikli yaar!" 😉

PS2 - Garima stayed Garima (atleast in PI), but Shashi is Ashish. Any paticular reason? Or because they are anagrams?🤔

Lavanya is a best friend and guide to Khushi. She will be there with Khushi in every step of her life to guide her. On the other hand Anjali barges into her brother's privacy but, she only had his best interest at heart.

Lavanya and Anjali both missed out extracting some crucial information from them.

I loved Lavanya as soon as she said she hired motor bikes. I was envisioning Khushi travelling with Arnav.

Khushi chose bicycle instead of motor bike. What happened afterwards tho hona he tha!

Can we see this next?

Shyam is getting desperate and he can strike at any time. Hope Khushi is ready with her army of well wishers to deal with him.

I thought Khushi started working with ASR only after her divorce.

This chapter is as hilarious as others and at the same time very realistic.👍🏼 I have seen people stabbing the pedestrian crossing button.

Lovely reading your thoughts, G. I was reading and reflecting on your comment in all seriousness, until I came across the JWM reference and legit lol-ed (but then if I didn't, I shouldn't be calling myself a JWM fan 😉)

For some reason, I always confused Shashi in the show for Ashish. So in my own stories, Shashis have become Ashishs. Although I do regret naming this one Ashish, because Ashish in PI is meant to be a cutie and this one is not.

Even tough I find PI hilarious, this one is my favourite. This Khushi has something very interesting. And éven Arnav is much more mature.

But i like also Lavanya, I really wish to see more of her.

Dude, I stalk this more than the other one (no offense). I share my birthday with Barun, so I think that is why we're both alike in the manner that we're both happy people in real life, but in reel, there's just something about pain that attracts us :P
