Yes, Khushi and Arnav are divergent, like the prologue stated, opposites to the T. And Arnav has his work cut out, cos in Khushi's eyes, he is competing with Akash, the best man.

As for Manohar, yes he is a good man, but has made his fair share of mistakes.

Nope, Manohar went to Priya after aarti died.

Garima somewhere had seen the soft side of Arnav...I think so....she is saying Money and understanding is everything but still no mother will want her daughter to be with a playboy...so she knew Arnav is not that bad...and including Anjali everyone can see Arnav really loves khushi...Even khushi knows it but still she doesn't want to notice it....Actually she is waiting to prove everyone that his love will fade with time....According to her Arnav is someone who is living in his stepfather's money..who doesn't find stability in anything...According to her Arnav is imperfect.....But Sometimes Imperfection is itself a Perfection

Khushi wants a secure life....and she thinks Akash could have given herthat if she had married him instead of Arnav...That was also her assumption without knowing Akash personally...Actually I feel bad for her.. wat the biggest irony is who she thinks that can never give her a forever life is Arnav...and the first thought came to Arnav's mind seeing her was to protect her from every pain....Everything she wanted is in front of her but she fails to see it.....Everything will turn beautiful if she stops counting the flaws ....

Excellent chapter. Many things got revealed in this update. Arnavs past is depressing. No one deserves such unstable life. Khushis unhappiness with this marriage is not only because of Arnav being a womanizer but also his changing decisions and him living on his father's money. She craves stability and fears he would end their marriage in future. What I didn't like is she shares her insecurities with everyone but Arnav. Manohar married Arti despite having a family. But their children suffered the consequences of their choices. Akash is an ideal person and is respected by everyone. Though Khushi thinks highly of Akash and had a tiny crush on him but it is going to hurt Arnav very much if he ever comes to know about it. Whether Akash is a positive character or not have to wait and see. Khushi has built many misconceptions about Arnav based on rumours and his life style. She never tried to understand the reason behind his unstable life. Arnav wasn't accepted by Manohars family despite his love for his step son. Arnav was left with no one and lack of love and guidance has led him into the person he is today. Could understand how insecured and lonely life he would have had. Khushis problems comes from her over thinking and her not being open with Arnav. Instead of wallowing on past why doesn't she work on their marriage. She longs for the life she could have had and it feels like carrying a burden. But reality is different. Yes she has a soft corner for her husband but she doesn't try to understand him and comparing him with Akash is disappointing. It seems like she already reached a conclusion about this marriage and waiting for Arnav to end it. Thus she doesn't want to put efforts. She should come clean with her husband because Arnav truly loves her and her this behaviour is going to hurt him a lot. Shyam is always a bad idea. Arnav working with Shyam is suspicious. I feel like Arnav has a motive to start his political career and he is not what he shows to everyone. It's just a guess though. Will wait for your next update. Continue soon.

I did not read all the comments and reverts. This may have been already speculated.

The one reason I can think of, for Manohar's return to Priya is, she may have been pregnant with Payal and Manohar is not the father.

OK! Akash has withered his parents' separation.

That makes me think Priya solely have a hand in their separation and Manohar took the blame.

When Aakash understood who real Manohar is, he become an ideal son to him.

I still can'f figure out the equation between Aakash and Payal and Aakash and Arnav.

Hey N... I'm late in IF... But made it to blog quite early...

Had a good read... Awesome update... I'm confused with Khushi's character at the moment... She liked Akash... But got married to Arnav... Looks like without her wish... But again she seems to be attracted towards her husband...totally confused...

Felt a bit bad for Arnav and also for Manohar... His love for Arnav seems to be genuine...

Curious to know how the story progresses...

Quite interesting. I am really liking this characterisation of Arnav. He seems like an enigma, I guess that's why Khushi is still apprehensive about him.

But somehow so far it seems Arnav's feelings for Khushi are genuine, and for the long haul.

As for Khushi, I think only because two people have both had a vulnerable past cannot make them soulmates. You need more to enter someone's heart and then stay there as well. So Arnav needs to make her belive in him.

Waiting to see how Khushi will give Arnav a chance to enter her heart.
