So Sheetal was one of the reasons for the downspiralling career. She betrayed Arnav when he split with him, stole his composition sold it to competitor ! Last straw on the camel's back was Khushi pointing out about his failing career ni wonder he lost control.

In Wry we have seen that the circumstances have dictated each person's actions, responses, emotions but when push came to shove they ensured that they took care of what really mattered.
