The sudden flash of a distant memory paralysing her momentarily, and the similar fear gripped her heart just when she had seen him off, at the airport, years back. She knew. And she hoped, he did too.

Khushi's face widened just as the warmth in her heart radiated on her face, aglow and lucent. Payal Kumar, the quirky and antithetical best friend of her's, walked into the cafe with the brightest smile plastered on her plump face, her cheeks lifting up to highlight her bespectacled eyes and her eccentric dressing.

And the nub of it all was that she had no idea what she, or he, thought about it. Let alone talk, they hadn't even dared to step into each other's space, she because of the fear of rejection looming large around her.

Finally the ring mystery resolved by Payal.

She is very clear that Arnav Singh Raizada isnt cheesy enough to keep holding on to a symbol of dead love in the light of an everlasting one. He must have kept the ring as a way to remind him that the matters between him and Khushi have not been resolved and hence he needs to keep distance from her. So Khushi's assumption that the ring is the symbol of undying love is wrong.

Does that mean Payal is right? Could it also not mean that Arnav doesnt want to forget what La has done?
