Why did Khushi hide her meeting with Dr. Rathore? Because there wasn't much to tell...It would be explained better in next part ...
Is she still scared what will Arnav think? In this case...Dr. Rathore was there for little while. It was Aru's arrangement and Khushi was there to celebrate with Aru and her cousin.

I'm relieved about two things after reading the update dear. The first and the foremost is there is no new MU and they talked about shyam. And the second one is arnav gave shyam what he deserved.. awww!! What a slap.. I'm so glad arnav gave that to him 😆 Hey honey..So, sorry for this late reply... Coming to the update, arnav and kushi are suffering equally in this. Both love each ther but the lack of communication is the root cause of their present state.. as arnav knows few things he expects kushi to open up and share. But kushi had those bitter experiences with arnav which makes her hide things as she is worried about his reaction.. they need to trust each other which is the basis for any strong relationship.. but I feel they are progressing slowly... Once Arnav comes back it is going to be lot of action between them..lot of things are in store of them and we move there pretty quickly...but we have to wait for him to come back first😆

Arnav wanted kushi to accompany him to U.S but she has denied. Looks like she has told him her reasons for going to naintal. Hope he understood her reasons. But why is kushi not disclosing arnav about her mamaji's illness and that Dr. Rathore is treating him.. that will clear the main part of MU. He will understand why she needed money and her frequent visits to that Dr. I'm glad shyam cleared one more thing about kushi that they never were intimate. Great.. that is a big relief to arnav.. I think she had told Arnav about her Mamaji's illness. I don't think she knows about his insecurity towards Dr. Rathore. I think when he stopped her everytime from talking to Dr. Rathore, she thought he was just being mean to her. Or that's what I think 😉

Loved arnav and his family's bonding.. but looks like his soul is with kushi. Both are missing each other badly. Hope there will not be any MU further when he gives her a surprise in India.
