The first part, is it said by Dadi or Manohar ?

And second is probably Arnav remembering Akash's promise from their childhood days.
Betrayal hurts the most when your own family is the one who is betraying you.

And I am sure Akash has betrayed him. But Arnav is a strong person. He will rebounce back and claim what is his rightfully.
