Oh please! I would love to be surrounded by people who give it to me straight! You're obviously one of them. I'll 'try' to update again this weekend. But this update drained me out. Not 100% happy with it. But I had issues with the original story line and it took me a while to deviate from what I had originally planned and it just became a big mess. Lol! Now I'm rambling.

Friday afternoon!! So yeah, life's good! Although I'd much rather be home binge watching House of Cards (after shuttling the kids to school, of course)

For me, in reality, a contract marriage made no sense. You don't really do that in real life, would you? And what purpose would it serve? She is still in the same house as Shyam. Arnav cannot possibly keep an eye on them 24-7! Slip ups can happen anytime and it's a disaster waiting to happen with Anjali around.

I also believe in the people you love the most have the power to hurt you the most. In this instance, it's true for both Arnav and Khushi. Although Arnav is wrong, he doesn't know it yet! He is deeply hurt by this misunderstood betrayal. It took a lot for him to come to this point...to believe in love again, to be vulnerable again, to love again! And it shattered even before he could voice it. So, he has let his infamous anger take over.

But yeah, he has some serious groveling to do. As far as Khushi is concerned...I don't know yet! She's kindhearted and she is simple and she loves him! I guess if he's genuinely sorry, she might consider taking him back. But she is not going to be easily forgiving...that's for sure!

Ah you live in the heart of political drama. I am a NYer...Thus this convoluted (You called it... Comedy Central it is ) Presidential Race refuses to make sense to me. But let's see... have to have faith in the innate sensibility and goodness of humanity... Am I asking too much?
