the epis only made me realize that barun was just the perfect ASR and is still so perfect for this. He made me fall in love with ipk then and made me fall in love with it all over again.

It was perfectly apt for him to narrate their love story for me as ipk was always arnav's journey of falling in love. And now Jashn is also about how love has changed him.. he is now the mellowed down ASR.. but still with the ASR traits.

I just can't imagine ipk without ASR

Loved the Jashn epis which closed the story for me. A story of a man who was once scared to fall in love but is now completely smitten by love.

Thanks barun for making me fall for ASR and ipk again :) what an amazing growth arnav's character has gone through even in small 8 epis of Jashn..

But this does not take away from what arshi are. Arshi are the soul and heart of the show.. ppl love the show for arshi and so do I.. but I am arnav biased 😳

ishqu!!! 🤗 how r u? i'm loving the jashan too and yup, Barun has been beyond perfect as has Sanaya ⭐️ i wasn't sure if i would enjoy it but its been fab revisiting my first and only tv love. i know its a simple epilogue but its closing almost all the leftover loopholes and its giving me a lot of peace even though i'm over that 2012 madness for the show. i wish they had just given this to us in one or two episodes and i wish we got less flashbacks and more of arshi and khushi's views of arnav and even nk, la, payal, buaji and nani in there somehow. but other than that i'm happy with what we got, arnav as a commentator narrating their love story has been soulful and heartwarming and sweet to watch 😃

and me too so glad ASR never got killed off and arhi never got separated and this beautiful story could be revisited three years in their future. and i love my loved up, mellow and at peace arnav i know most people loved his intensity and anger but i adored the boyish charm we used to occasionally see whenever he was disarmed by his darling wife, and i always hoped that's how being happy with khushi would eventually make him. and i love how he's running around to make her happy, after everything they went through she totally deserves his single minded focus and dedication. am expecting a totally blissful last episode and then finally arhi will get the beautiful send off they always deserved 😳

So we have watched jashn for 7 episodes / 8 weeks and what is the feeling we get? Something's missing ? Absolutely ... and I think that will remain even with Arshi being together.

There were multiple stars of the original show , not one ... and that is what contributed to its becoming the roaring success it is .

1. The direction

2. The screenplay for the first 12 months at least

3. The acting ( ASR for the first 9 months , after ASR became Arnav or whatever after the kdinapping the acting deteriorated , Khushi throughout)

4. The relationships ( Anji Arnav , the brothers ( NK suddenly became NK ji from NK bhai ) , the family

5. La ( yes LA)

6. The storyline until they lost it after the hate marriage

7. The sets

8 . The team camaraderie .. which fortunately still lasts offscreen

Sadly a lot of these elements are missing in jashn. Closure may come for Lakshhmi ( poor thing) , Anjali , Babuji ( who is finally out of the wheelchair ) , The mithai shop -- back again... but the old spirit can never be captured again.

A show like IPK happens once in a lifetime and it happens because of a lucky combination of stars ( in the skies and on the ground ( multiple of them ) not one )!!

deepthi 🤗 haaan, i've lost the madness for ipk but i'm still sentimental about arnav and khushi and always wanted them to get to live their happily ever after 😳
