Finally caught up with some of the epis of ek Jashn 😃

the epis only made me realize that barun was just the perfect ASR and is still so perfect for this. He made me fall in love with ipk then and made me fall in love with it all over again.

It was perfectly apt for him to narrate their love story for me as ipk was always arnav's journey of falling in love. And now Jashn is also about how love has changed him.. he is now the mellowed down ASR.. but still with the ASR traits.

I just can't imagine ipk without ASR

Loved the Jashn epis which closed the story for me. A story of a man who was once scared to fall in love but is now completely smitten by love.

Thanks barun for making me fall for ASR and ipk again :) what an amazing growth arnav's character has gone through even in small 8 epis of Jashn..

But this does not take away from what arshi are. Arshi are the soul and heart of the show.. ppl love the show for arshi and so do I.. but I am arnav biased 😳

Totally agree ❤️ He is the perfect ASR and Nov 2012 said it all, that IPK cannot be without him ❤️ I loved the way he reminisced about ArShi, with cute dialogues in IPK EJ. And I think he played the mellowed down Arnav very well, an awesome hubby, as awesome as Barun himself 😳 Plus, those episodes have provided serious eye candy and treat in the form of his expressions and his handsome face <3 So proud to be a Sobtian

IPK for me was the journey of "two star crossed ' lovers making it together and crossing all barriers in life to unite as ONE.

I totally agree with u that no one could have been more apt as ASR if not for Barun. Just like sanaya ws for Khushi and that is why the show has become a global rage along with its earth shattering chemistry 😃 And since IPKKND happens to be my first indian show, i loved what i saw.😊 The trip, catch, fall romance with flying dupattas and the 'what the's, along with Haye Devi maiyya's ' made me fall in love with this love saga of Arhi. 😳...

Time and again we saw different shades of characters and especially of the leads n ASR was a very well written n well enacted character, along with Khushi's and of the rest of the cast. Kudos to the team to give us this show n even IPK EJ whjch was a dream come true.

Its been nice to see n hear Arnav do the narration of their love tale and since he was always the reserved one, its nice to see him talk about his love, life and his fears. Its also great to see that he has accepted love n happiness aka his khushi back in his life and Barun DID make Arnav n ASR believable and loveable. But finally since a love story of IPKKND was about bridging the gap and the union of two souls, its good to have Khushi and Arhi back.

Could not stop myself coming here after I watched the epis..

ASR and arshi 😳

They perfectly chose him to close those loops..

However arshi were the main element which was missing..

But m not complaining as I can watch ASR any time..

His pov, his experiences are put across so well..

It's so good to know his feelings for a change .

Love IPK and Arhi.

Ditto ... It was the journey of both the characters towards love.. One who believed in love but did not believe she would fall in love with a ruthless man..and the other who did not believe in love at all.. The two together make IPK... Just like i cant see Khushi constantly onscreen without Arnav at all...Arnav without khushi is unbearable as well.. This show has always been about these two lovers..who were lonely in life..and found each other as their solace.. IPK is magic .,.and sarun together are the magicians...

Agree to whatever you said..

But as guilty as I am charged , I always had a soft corner for ASR more.. It was may be coz of the actor who played him so well or may be just the character..

But that does not take it away that it was an arshi love story.. what a wonderful one at that.. love arshi. but for me it kinda moved to being arnav's story as I was/ am arnav biased. M sorry.. but I relate to ASR more

N, I've not been logging regularly, hope you've been doing well too dear ^^ Yeah, I can't keep a fixed dp for a very long time, might change it today itself again 😆

ISHHHQU 🤗 Yeah, I do agree, the essence of IPK is Arnav and Khushi together which is why EJ hasn't been liked as much as IPK overall maybe since there was only 1 part of the magic but it has been such a pleasure to watch Barun onscreen for me as well ❤️ He is so hot, he acts sooo good and especially today when Arnav said I miss you, I just wanted to gulp him up, seriously ☺️ Exactly, we didn't really get to see much of his feelings, from his perspective in IPK. Even though his amazing expressions conveyed a lot, it's been a bonus treat to hear how he fell in love and stuff 😳 I really enjoyed IPKEJ personally 😳

I dont think EJ has not been liked much .. I think the expectations were not met.. They promoted the show giving an impression that they are completing the story that was left undone.. abruptly... the jingle in the promo also says that.. So the expectations was to get a peep in the life of arnav khushi with both of them enacting it and not just single person narrating it out..

And yet the show was ranked no.2 ..without the other half of the show..without the soul of the show...nad the kind of reviews hostar got... i have not seen any of the show getting this ... the promo got 10 times more likes than their all shows cmbined together.. So yes there was disappointment but atleast we got them.. 😊

Yeah niru.. I understand why ppl are not liking the Jashn epis as it's only about arnav. I for one would not want to complain..

It's awesome of barun to get into being ASR after 3 years.. A character which is so completely different than him.. getting the nuances after 3 years is so tough. Specially for him whose completely opposite to arnav or ASR unlike others who are playing the same bubbly themselves.. The others can pull those characters even after 10 years as they are anyways playing themselves. Even the makers asked them to play them self.. which is just not the same for barun. .
