No idea,i post this to get idea what is web series.

The article gives an example of badtameez dil ...that show is pulled off due to low trp and now only runs on hot star ... But ipk, like other shows of SP, is already there on hot star...and is the most viewed one ... And its not like ipk is a running show and actors are obliged to do what the channel says , so why are Sanaya and Barun investing so much time ?
I had thought may be both are in talk with some separate project with SP, so they are doing this ...but in that case, as one of my friend said while we were duscussing this on FB, why reignite the Arshi thing again?? It won't be good for their individual project ...

This is all confusing. . And too many speculations!

Web series/episodes are a rage these days like Pitchers, Man's world, #LoveBytes etc. and if BS & SI are going to do something like this for hotstar.. it will be great! We already are online viewers and Star Plus can use us very well for increasing the viewership. Maybe like they are shooting for 2-3 hrs of show and Hotstar will upload 15-20 mins every week like others? And also SP joined hands with AIB. So basically, they are trying to get many viewers(younger generation) for Hotstar and thus got IPK cast on board? Guess we will get a teaser/trailer sooner. Fingers crossed!

This is all so unreal. Let's wait and watch.
