thank so much... so sexy, tell you. i am not a good girl, i see enough and more not good girl stuff... heavy duty necking, kissing, clothes off, more... but nothing ever has given me this kind of dhakdhak, nor moved me so much. i am going crazy for a hindi serial??? ha ha. but yeah, let it come.

Indi di, I think you put into words all that I wanted to say about m&bs. There was a time when I used to read them a lot too. Stopped when the sex quotient became too much! That was not what we signed up for, was it. There's a freedom that it affords to let your imagination and mind soar to far off places and things. Still enjoy reading if I can get hold off one of those old ones. Anne Mather was racy, compared to the others!

Yes, IPK started off as the classic m&b story, but then the hero became much more than the one dimensional characters seen in the stories. The girl too to an extent.

ha ha, me went on. again, m and b is somewhere inextricably linked with thoughts of my mother... wish i could read even now, but i think i no longer can. yes, anne m hot... they said she was a man. i used to like janet dailey and a couple of others too. they let you dream and lope off to far off romance.. yeah, what's with the stated sex and that too with strange words. did you know harlequin, owners of m and b now, has a website giving the little formulae for all their difference romance types and if you can fit your story to that you can write for them? teehee... everything is a formula... i see the romances from 4 lions and oh they too go according to a precious formula...

ipk i suspect would have been just another 4 lions romance, popular and with frenzied fans but nothing really powerful... and then a wild man and a girl who was wild when she was with this man went and changed everything.
