Yes loved the theme of the thread, but if I can be honest, it felt a little painful for him being referred as thorn.😊. dont get mad.. sorry.. its just that I get ultra possessive to protective about this one fictional character like a very few dear ones of mine.. but yeah he was more vicious than a thorn intially actually.. was watching epi 2 yday... felt super mad when he said "tho toot jane do.. tum jaise ladkiyon ka kya.. ek nahi tho doosra phasa lega".. how judgmental, cruel.. but how he was turned around.. the slow transition.. nothing less than a piece of art...it is interesting how many of us feel as if he just belongs to us.. reminds of Lord Krishna's depictions... you might know it is widely said "he belongs to every one.. reachable to none"!

That Payash time pic didn't mean to point out you forgot that one.. but was only in a hurry to share a softer side of this thorn..😃

OK your pic just reminded me those pics which I made and as I finished all that during night...jab duniya soti hai tub ...so I forgot other wise how can I pull those that quick ..;.it takes time dear friend and that is why anyone even put a small effort I want to appreciate it by pressing like if I can't read.I tried my best not to disappoint anyone...and yes I was thrilled on Fri as in months I was feeling light because of no work for one day and without any responsibility...very few moments like this I get...so I was here enjoying that...

I am no inspiration, just a normal human being but do try good things without being mean...but anger is my trait, can't help it ...I am Shaitanani and Rajkumari at the same time..Samjhi tum...deal with it😊

there was always a sense of flight in ipk. no matter how much it hurt, no matter how much you cried, something flew in its being... cool, spare, winging... certainly irreverant... yay. my first vm is a tribute to that. the song is a favourite, i feel it has all of that. i listened to mohit chauhan because barun mentioned him in an interview... 😳 fell for the voice.

Indi Di wonderful VM.. I loved the inter mixing of black and white in the narration.. There is one scene you use where she open her hair and then semi turns back.. The very next pigeons fly out into the open skies.. It is Arnav, is it Khushi or is it us soaring high..limitless.. Unbound.. Reminds me of Jonathan Livingston seagull.. And really the show makes us try so my new things and remind us of so many old things.. Lovely..

As always both actors look quite different in this first episode, but how unimaginably stunning..

And did you say youare writing your take on episode 1? Me lining up for first day first show front row seats pileez..

But I had a totally different thing in my brain...I read the book once "The Rose and The Thorn " by Michael J.Sullivan and that was in my mind...The character of that book "Royce Melborn" tries to forget the woman "Gwen DeLancy", who saves him and his partner from certain death and he becomes Unable to get her out of his mind, he sees her everywhere...nice fictional story...

A friend of mine gave me on my Bday and I read it...

This is a beautiful disney story of love ,seems like it.Love all the blue lines and underlined are making me too emotional.You really have crafted a story around it in such a remarkable way , Brilliant.

I wanted to share this with you all.. my friend (my ex roommate from college whom I haven't met since a few years), who liked the show and had watched IPK when it was being originally aired, did this as a surprise for me.. just like that because she knows I am going crazy about the show these days...no other special reason... this is her first ever edit.. she picked a timeless moment and the best expressions I think 😊..

did you say jonathan livingston seagull. 😃 i thought of him again and again... soaring, reaching that place where you have to do nothing, just spread your wings and cruise.

uh huh, they are both masakali in a way and so is ipk... i am shallow and enjoyed the lusty yay yay coming on the man taking off his shades. most of the song just fell into pace on its own... the feel. the pauses, the rise of music, even that badal ki colony. honestly, zero work on the sound side i did...

you like the black and whites and the interspersing of eyes closing opening? oh the basic shots are so strong, see them just like that again an again, raw, no touchuppiya, they get you. that falling into his arms, honestly as momentous as anything i have ever seen in the man woman category, more than most, famous man woman shots flash through the mind... it's classic and beyond.

ha, this i guess was my oneirical take on something that is a dream and sheer poetry anyway...

yes, i must write one... it's calling me. 😆 you do know phroid ji visits us these days, you talk like that too much and he will have big problem dealing with a masakaali matakali ego udoing and inflating. 😳
