Rajkumar Vs Shaitan

The tale of Beauty and the beast has been present from a long time , A timeless tale of love conquering all. He made his confession during Heer ranjha and through this classic she not only confessed her feelings but also realizing the eye opening facts for her Rajkumar. Kudos to the creatives for choosing such a story and blending it to Arnav and Khushi's story...What is different with Arnav and Khushi!? Nothing in my eyes - Khushi marries Arnav to save her Jiji's marriage and he did to save his Di's married life by keeping the reason as a secret from Khushi and behaves like a monster.Despite of all the hatred, he has for her and wanted to give her, he is falling more and more in love with her . Just like him how much hatred she thinks she has for him is nothing but her love for him and can't stop showering it with her innocence. They will be one as Khushi has already changed this arrogant man and made his heart believe in love , she will change this beast in the future also. She will bring him out of the darkness and show him light and she is the only one who can do it.La's words..."tum hi ho jo unse who sab keh pati ho jo who sunna nahin chahte..."[u r the one who has courage to tell him what no one else has]

PONDERING CONNECTED DOTS:During Telepathy..."Khushi kitni koshish ki tum se nafrat karne ki "and ...and same with Khushi, "hum ne kitni koshish ki aap se pyar na karne keh liye..."

Arnav was looking for Khushi, worried and tensed to find her whereabouts. Then his heart skips a beat and his feet gets halt at the voice that he had been longing to hear. But my grabber is instead of confronting er like he did during Havan,"do u know what I m going through.." or in Mandir"main pagloon ki tarah nahin dhoondonga..."[I will not look for you madly]... he stands outside and doesn't disturb her as he would never admit to himself this fact that he was missing her badly and at the same time he is giving her space too.He leaves her in convulsion hearing her busy routines to stay away from him. He marches to the hall, where he finds three ladies of the house entering .He questions them regarding the presence of the children and they refresh his mood by telling him the latest change in KKGSR...Arnav grits his teeth in anguish.Again the small conversation between Nani and him gives us the vital hint of his childhood...as Nani mentions ,he was a naughty kid...and Anjali mentioned this so many times that he was an angry and arrogant since childhood .So he is Shaitan and Rajkumar since from his childhood...Loved seeing him frustrated and cute at the same time after finding out "She ain't giving up her Dabba service"...

Pondering Connected Dots: On new year Eve we came across through Akash that he was a naughty kid when he glued him on his bed and Arnav's Smirk confirmed it.

Symbolism and connections:4 kids...meaning craving and desire of a woman...as Arnav was longing for Khushi since last two days.

Kids will come 5days from 7-9 ...all together 21 which shows maturity and responsibility in actions...which both are showing towards realization.

Khushi accepts Nani as her own in front of kids and then corrects herself it as her husband's Nani which shows that she has accepted each and every relationship of His as her own and indirectly accepted him as her own too..

Khushi begins to narrate the story of Beauty and the Beast by holding the mask of beast and other side camera shows Arnav talking with Aman how the media is masking AR as monsters in the public. Nice touch ... They both collide at the doorway suddenly and Khushi screams in the darkness .Kids gather around Khushi and she turns on the lights, sees that it is Arnav and not a monster..Arnav starts to shout at Khushi in his annoyance and Khushi jumps up for sparring with her finger as usually but reality bites and she withdraws her hand and moves away from him..

Khushi is under the impression that Arnav is a monster and she continues to think so.Loved this small touch as she is in the darkness when she thinks all verbally but turns on the light and see him ...in other words , Khushi is in dark and is not aware of the real Arnav and does not understand that her heart only beats for him who is haunting her heart as always .She realizes it when she turns on the light and then she meets the fact to embrace that it is him in this monster and prince cloak and then her fantasy story changes to reality one...She has enlightened by the fact that this is the man who resides in her heart but she does not acknowledge him yet, turns around and shuts him out but has not refused him either ..

Pause Here: When Khushi first rages to challenge and then begins to remove her hand which is holding the mask of the beast .It is Khushi who is going to separate his beasty side from him...with love and innocence.

Then comes my favorite part of the episode. Arnav confesses so many times and recently he did on Heer Ranjha act, but this is the first time when Khushi is confessing and admitting her true feelings for him through this story. There were many reasons for me to like this Beauty and the beast , Shaitan and Sundari story. Every single dialogue was well thought of and portrayed her emotions so well.Kudos to the writer...

I always wanted to see Khushi's feelings to be heard by him which is very rarely shown to us.This is the first epi towards that first step. The most beautiful thing to see is the state of confusion that Khushi is in and this is the first time she is realizing that her prince charming and her Rakshus is the same person. She always dreamed of him as her Rajkumar to be with him but his Shaitan side is keeping her at distance. She always remain in this state..."aap aise kyuon hain.." till she knows the reason..

Khushi mentions every detail about Arnav as a Shaitan - about his habits and one of those is of watering plants and loving them and her own habit of watching him from a distance doing that .

PONDERING CONNECTIND DOTS AND THINKABLE MOMENT:Plants which he chopped off after the revelation of her engagement and she was looking at him from a distance that day too and he didn't allow her to touch but couldn't refuse her soft touch and hold either...Now he takes care of these plants and grow em with love and affection by himself...These plants are referring to his EMOTIONS and LOVE for Khushi which are growing each day under his care unintentionally beyond his control...and so as hers as she is watching him from a distance showering those through his arrogant yet caring and demanding style.

She narrates how Shaitaan demands of the Sundari to marry him but she refuses each time... However ,she sees her Prince charming...Rajkumar.. every night in her dream. Arnav's expression in this scene was brilliant as he jerked up hearing this...looked at her stunned."lekin har raat sundari ko sapne main eik rajkumaar dikhta tha - jiska swabhaav bahut acha tha - meetha bolta tha - sundari ka bahut khayal rakhta tha" -(Arnav is bewildered after hearing these words and he looks at her) Karvatain badalti sundari sirf ussi ke khawab dekhti thi...(Arnav is looking at her stunned and confounded)...He considers himself as a Shaitan by gulping down his pain and thinks she is dreaming of someone else who she loves as her Prince...meaning Shyam..her words are searing his wounded heart here.

Khushi continues with the story when her eyes lands on tensed Arnav, who is watching her keenly with plain hurt and mild anger in his eyes. Khushi gives him her innocent and honest yet confused look. Her eyes reflects her inner sadness which he has inflicted upon her.He looks down with remorse in his eyes but she continues the story saying that the prince and the beast was the same .. keh shaitaan aur rajkumar donon eik hi aadmi thay... (Arnav and Khushi both have flashbacks)... ".Arnav gets startled hearing this which was a contrary to what he thought. The beast and the Prince were one and the same !!

PONDERING CONNECTED DOTS AND THINKABLE MOMENT:If I have to analyze this particular dialogue" kuch samjh hi nahi payi woh.." -from Khushi's pov .Khushi expected that NIGHT a confession of love from Arnav, her Rajkumar who had helped her with the guests as a waiter, who had cared for her when she had hurt herself. That fateful night she was expecting his confession of love when misunderstandin creeped in between them. He crashed her dreams that night and she got stuck with the Shaitaan. The Rajkumar that she had seen in him was lost after that night. She is hurt, confused and above all she cannot understand him now and herself. She has seen two different sides to him. She loves the prince and if she takes the prince she must accept the beast unconditionally too..The moment of realization was shown brilliantly by Sanaya ..The surprise mingled with awareness and a tinge of sadness .. Both are confused what had just happened?...

Khushi decodes ASR really well here. Both remember the moments of each other. Arnav recalls the moment seeing her lifeless on the stage.Death and fear of losing her gives him a courage to confess his deep desire for her as a Rajkumar and right after this he remembers how he throws all her things demanding answers as a Shaitan...Khushi remembers how he lifted her to find the answer of his query roughly and rudely.. My grabber is her story turns into a monologue as Khushi begins to see Arnav as a Arnav and not the Shaitan.. begins to ponder why does he acts like two sides of a coin.

Beautifully portrayed and very well shown on how both Arnav and Khushi knew what her words meant and for whom. Somewhere in the bottom of their hearts they both know that they love each other - they are made for each other - yet they both are so much in pain..

The letter conversation starts where Arnav makes an attempt to break off Mrs. Raizada's silence! So what's a bif deal if they will not speak to each other - they will write and talk!... But my grabber is even in that attempt he did not forget to address Khushi as '"Khushi Kumari Gupta Singh Raizada'" and Khushi was addressing Arnav as '"Arnav Shaitaan singh Raizada'".Just like kids he refused to accept her as Sundari and she proves him Shaitan..

He calls her a liar as he thinks she is lying to everyone and can't accept the reality regardless there are mirrors meaning moments that she could confess that she was giving false hopes to him while cheating on him and lying to entire family just like he was saying ""Jo chot mujhe pohnchi hai uska kya?" But He is getting this clear hint too that she thinks of him as Shaitan. If kids were able see the innocence and the purity of Khushi, then why couldn't her see the same thing, which his heart is asking him to see, which is it in direct contrast with what his mind is trying to portray and what Shyam has told him.

However I loved Arnav's words in his letter - 'pariyon ki kahani se baahar niklo and face the reality' Double meaning dialogue... This was a way of Arnav to tell Khushi to stop dreaming, stop dreaming that she will get your "Rajkumar" meaning Shyam...While she clearly refers in her letter that how can she even dreams of her Rajkumar anymore because she has to dream of Shaitan too as both are present in you and I married you. This is a realization that she has to come out of reality to embrace both.

PONDERING CONNECTED DOTS: I loved Arnav in letter scene as it was reminded me of the scene when Khushi had brought in kids during Kanya puja he had blasted em off and today he is comfortable around them and playing smirk games too. Smirk while eating a kid like a Shaitan...

Arnav said this second time to Khushi. He said it when she refused to come home ...after Mandir scene"Sapnon ki duniya se bahar aao..." after water fight...

But there is no question...Khushi is "Bahar" in his life , which just spreads joy around him.

Again their resolute, Anjali is the one who gets the first information of the tiff in between them..My grabber is her...Right in the middle ..playing the role of mediator and arbiter to bring them closer...

Arshi, loved it. loved how you beautifully worded Khushi's first monologue of sorts. Yes indeed her first time venting her pain/ confusion. Abs loved the symbolism of dark and light. His pain while she described her shaitan and rajkumar and the a tad bit confusion everything aptly captured in your write up.
It didn't appeal to me honestly when it transpired but you write up did shed some light on it for me. thanks for that.
Loved all those edits. I don't know how you and indi do this, doing both fab write ups and the edits for the same epi where as doing just one of them is a big deal. You both are super women dammit!!

a much loved popular fairy tale now comes into play to take us into the heart and mind of asr and khushi.

my feeling honestly, a too obvious ploy, not very ipk. how to establish khushi's hurt and the complexity of asr using a fairy tale... is he monster, is he prince? somehow felt unsubtle and missed the pitch, my view strictly. of course the little touches, such as on the call to aman, he avers someone is trying to use the media to ruin ar's image, portraying them as monsters, etc., were nice details.

the writing of this episode i felt was somehow not from the heart. nani's explanation as to why the kids will be studying so late... while painting a true picture of many kids' life in india today, felt unreal. most importantly, if there is any commitment to kids... then how come this whole project was abandoned conveniently once the beauty and beast tale was established?

and more significantly, what does that really say about khushi? or khushi doesn't really matter? once before she was shown doing classes, then no mention of that.. now again... because writer needed a convenient hook to hang a fairy tale on.

i understand to take one to a fairy tale, the easiest way is to involve kids... for heer ranjha a stage was needed and a tacky idea thought up. fine, not arguing, this is a serial and all sorts of such weird things do happen, even n life. but this casual rush in and out of tuition class, ah well.

there are other ways to take us to beauty and the beast if one must. but as i said, i found the choice of story a bit flat.

harpreet and nikhil however were the kind of brats i like to watch. especially nikhil, the layered one... he with the specs and so easily scared but it is he that will brave the shaitan, offer chilli, try to fix the fearless harpreet and also read what he is not supposed to. the boy will go far in life and hopefully not abandon his complexity ever. even if the front teeth grow back.

this time round, sanaya's beautifully delivered dialogues on how a man can be such a beast and a prince at the same time, didn't touch my heart. what heer ranjha and holi had communicated were for some reason right, while this was forced. i feel as an actor, sanaya did try but was not really convinced. i have watched her fascinated doing the kans and krishna story... heer ranjha, really, she suddenly caught the wind and sailed to such a far off beautiful place you had to go with her.

aisa kyun hota hai... when she had an absurd question to ask, that too of a man who had been miserable to her was beautiful. one could write pages on that one scene.

beauty and the beast with the apt little red rose and the plant story might have worked, but the idea didn't fly, i felt it stayed too tied in the creatives' mind... not released into a beautiful execution of a concept.

however i did enjoy a couple of things.

like the fact that khushi is hurt and is feeling it... she is ready to show her "upset" to this man whom she loves, just because maybe she loves him. an "apnapan" in this. a lovely moment when he surprises her. she almost reaches out to admonish him, and then remembering that he'd hurt her, she turns away... just as we do sometimes in our lives.

his struggle with himself as he heard her narration touched me, the sadness in her voice... he was unhappy to see her thus, though he believed she was having an affair and was not at all as innocent as she looked...

i enjoyed his handling of the kids... but not as much as i had enjoyed the kanya puja episodes, here there was a big sign over the entire episode which read "CUTESIE PIE", barun's struggle to save asr from it was commendable.

did he succeed? only because of his disbelieving then irritated/hurt/grumpy air upon hearing that he was shaitan and she sundari... and then that rakish way in which he ticked her off and told her to go look at the many mirrors of the house if she thought she was sundari. awful handwriting was so lovely...
and why did i get the feeling asr indulged in a bit of sublime flirting?

oh she sensed it alright... that gritted teeth on the see mirror note.

ha ha... that is why i am still hanging on to, waiting for 227.

sorry can't do edits, away from home, on kith and kin's laptop, not too comfortable with it, but... that smile upon reading harpreet's note is one for the books, hopefully will do an edit soon.

Indi, these were my similar thoughts when this sequence transpired. But now things that frustrated me those days do not do as much, like the swami or the dabba service. These days, I see light through the eyes of every one here, to make a few moments that I loved even more lovable and those that I didn't less frustrating .. your holi or faiqa's almost everything or Issk's garlanded entry or ami's mehsoos or romantic bits or ipoona's pearl strand destruction ..for a few.. I seem to found my new way of loving Arnav- Khushi!
Now to sundari aur shaitan, yes NO subtlety.. in the face .. shaitan and rajkumar.. but then perhaps khushi was never subtle. She would relate her pounding heart in that man's presence to acidity and test it. And yes her now appear now disappear tuition services only speak for that underlined.. she was never really that important Khushi is almost, if I may, only a tool to show case the intensity of this man in his journey towards love.. be it his anger (I don't like to call it hate, as these two are never really averse to each other but only angered either with themselves or with the other), regret, love, care! The pain in his eyes, the sadness in her voice were very touching.
Thanks for that candid talk up there. Enjoyed immense.

And the writers let her express her positive feelings for him vocally in this scene!

aarwen it is true that his ego made him more attractive ...and in pink ,as I mentioned couple of times,,himself a shy, has no social family skills ,can't talk with anyone as a simple guy but can talk and crack deals in his ASR mode...but when he sees Khushi, he comes out of that avatar...his is an open book to her...she is confuse and quiet natural for a young girl in our culture but she is reaching there slowly and when she gets him...she just embraces him...like koi baat nahi jab mun kare tou bata dijye ga...or aapko khuch bhi kehne ki zaroorat nahin ...hum jante hain aap bhi woh sare pal jeena chahte ho...

She has just become his voice , and soo she will be HIM...his soul will talk to her without words and his lips will just make an attempt but she will be his VOICE...that's how I see it.

I always love your comments.
As you wished I also want to learn from her, how to find happiness in small things, what is really lack nowadays.
you are right about nani and Khushi's relationship. Khushi was an ideal girl in nani's judgement. That's why she couldn't accept her fault so easily.
I understand what you said about Akash. this is definitely a big blooper. Forget about Akash, I wonder why payal didn't have a single rupee with her, after all she is a grown up young woman.
Akash's character was not exposed completely in the show. I wish if they would've used him. You know what, after Arnav's kidnapping, in the initial stage, we bunches of girls guessed that Akash could be the kidnapper.😆 Silly us!

OK Soha , your brought up here makes you think like that...but if you go back then certain things are still same and never changed...
one of em is in some families they don't want girls to get education after certain grades, then job , no way...now money is like a pocket money...are u kidding with me...it is rare...I am talking about in certain families no offense to anyone...

If you see Payal's charater...she is just like Anjali...dependent...the difference is her brother is transferring money to her each month and all...Payal has no such luck...her family can't take care of themselves how they are going to give her
now she is a grown up , must have a source but from where...she is not Khushi who always do something and always have money small or big behind Salman Khan poster...

Payal never did job and if u see the 1st epis up 20 and more there is an air of Buaji who always expect Khushi to do work but not Payal...and it never even occurred to Payal , Khushi you stay I will work...no why?
because Khushi was used to work with her Babuji in shop and she usuall take care of all Hisaab Kitab remember before goons take her Dupatta when Shyam saved her...Yuck what I just remember.

OK so Payal is one of those ladies who always looks at others for money and Ialready said Akash is not one of those ppl...he will buy for her but NOw there is another BLOOPER...non consistent side of IPK...when Payal wants to be beautiful and buys those high heels shoes from a magazines where did she get money?

I am leaving it here as we are approaching there we will discuss out loopy side of IPK but I am trying to stick positive one and will not dilute the taste of it.JUst ignorance and silence towards certain things make me happy.

Hope exams are going fine as your less appearance shows you are busy .Good luck

Thnx Horizon,

Khushi's charcater may be never been explored that much yet certain aspects are very strong and this is one of them as I said to viv, every joke has a meaning. Her realization of her Rajkumar and Shaitan in one body will make her strong to put things in their perspective and she will embrace him the way he is and that will make him to embrace her the way she is ...both at flaws in each others vicinity without any further hassel.
Glad you liked the edits

Brilliant display of emotions of Arnav and Khushi.I have to admit, I felt for Khushi and Arnav too. Both are having their own reasons but still it feels like they are killing themselves with their own swords.Khushi who can't be quiet and now is kind a withdrawn and he can't see her like that.It kills him million times when she has tears or for god bid quiet .He uses his taunting methods to make her snap but she just not in a mood anymore .His ego goes down in less than two days.So much to wish for Mr Raizada.
But the way he was looking for her on the doorway , and those stars, everything was reminding him of her.How cruel and when she will go away after 6 months then.6 months is all you asked for RIGHT.

Love the edits 👏

Sorry for late response , kind a busy in taxing and all.

Thank You😊

for almost five minutes the camera followed one actor as he followed a feeling. missing. normally this would get boring, but this is ipk and sorry there is no "normally". hardly any words. but then hardly any were needed. with his every part of being barun sobti expressed asr missing, wanting, needing, loving khushi kumari gupta singh raizada, "meri pattni". started where such things start... in the heart... "khu..." he called out unconsciously when he came out of the bathroom refreshed. yeah that's when he is used to seeing her in the room... doing some khushi like thing, like talking to a goat while being berated. then he stopped in his tracks, shrug-shrugged and said, good she's not there, he'd get some peace and quiet. but alas, that was not going to happen. the missing grew, he started seeing her in his minds eye... laughing, dancing close with him... khushi who laughed, who poured jooice into shoes, who peeped out of cupboards, whom he'd just told she'd made his life hell... all because he was so peeved she wouldn't accept his apology. and then she had gone around being cold, being aloof, he'd tried to shout at her, something in him perhaps hoping he'd get a sassy saucy answer from her... he hated seeing her so down and quiet and away from him.

but hah! he was arnav singh raizada, he was not going to admit that... yet that missing... that need. when his eyes open they search her first, on the bed, by the pool, where is she? and why is hp mentioning her, "maine poochha?" by the end of the second day he is almost wilting. nothing feels good, without her. hate her love her whatever, she must be before his eyes.

barun was so good, looking for her, his eyes darting here and there, his whole body language somehow restless, then sad, how he let that star go, standing before the poster that offended him all he could see was her laughing smiling face. how helpless he seemed without her. almost lost.

and so he was.

interestingly he recalled her laughter and not her morose face as he missed her. she was laughter in his life. a life bleak and fairly lonely at one level (the episode showed that well, he met no one practically for an evening and a day). because he'd kept nothing for himself really. just that determination to win at all cost. he had forgotten lightness and joy.

for himself.

she was that.

and she wouldn't show herself. where are you, why do you hide?

if he were in that state after being really nasty to her, she was in a painful place of her own. he doesn't even want to see her...

of course he was being awful because he so wanted her... convoluted maybe but true. had she accepted his apology, he'd have felt calmer within. never occurred to him that she really should not have to tell him where she was... that he had lost his temper in his usual way, and crossed a line...

and she, when she saw him being sweet to di, for once a thought came before she could bar it, a thought, a feeling, a need for her own self, her bruised heart... how could this man be so different with two people. she had felt his love once and then in an instant that had been replaced by this chaos... and she so wanted him to love her, care for her, be nice... because she did love him so... even though he was being perfectly hateful.

her passive aggressive resistance came out... and expressed her displeasure. her hurt. not being able to handle it, a bit of a universal male trait i must say teehee... he felt hemmed in... no idea how to make it better. and why should he make it better?!! huh! she was the one at fault after all... she had made his life hell. he had to say that too and she felt all the hurt she could.

sanaya had just a few scenes but how beautifully she expressed a state of mind. a young girl, tender, loving, innocent, who had dreamed of love and now this. how hard she has tried to make things better, though she had no clue why this craziness had been unleashed on her. yet she couldn't hate him, not really... she could pester him and fight with him... but not hate... then had come his heer ranjha words followed by complete denial of any feelings and then a right royal tantrum out of nowhere. gussa fit. she was tired, worn down by this emotional roller coaster ride... drooping. her sunny side badly in the shade. and he goes and tells her she's made his life hell, he'd rather not see her. the feelings that flow through her.

but of course, in the middle of all that... "kuchh dhang ka karo..." he would like her to do something with her life. and she too despite her suffering has to get him the file, though without a ward. interrupted in the middle of hsi rant to aman, he must look at the file, then her turned away face, react to it completely, and snatch the file away.

had he not been nasty to her. had he not snatched the file. had she not gone into a hurt angry quiet... there might have been cause for concern. but this complete lack of indifference to each other. this reacting to every beat and breath of the other... what was this if not love.

a nearly 30 year long relationship has taught me all this happens. including the senselessness and hurt and misery when love is involved. in fact, these are possibly as characteristic of that thing as are joy, ecstacy, euphoria, wonder, teasing, humour, happiness, desire.

the acting took a written thing to another level. khushi and asr looked like themselves, young and beautiful and sexy, but the feelings they plumbed and expressed were deep and timeless. the way his eyes searched for her, you could feel the lift and fall and longing and pain and need of his heart.

how they created the atmosphere they did with shot of tacky things like salman poster, plastic taarey, garish mobile remains unfathomable for me. ipk is not at all sophisticated in terms of production values. its creatives, pushed for time, shooting every day, working nonstop... had hardly any time to devise arty options, such as shooting a particular way to create a mood, a look. but somehow they knew how to get the maximum out of a thing. it is true perhaps that if you have the content, the form really does not matter that much. nice to have it, if not, the content still sees you though.

there were lighter segments in the episode. some creepy shyam tactics though to what end we never knew. a lovely grandma grandson interlude, again a set of emotions there. and ipk really was all about emotions. there was the opening scene with di, key to introducing the main theme of the day, and of course mami the virulent with payal the vapid. all of these were there i felt to just punctuate and hold the central emotion in place, to accentuate it somehow. it was good to run into some eye flickering by snake, a little tycoon talk on i make my own kismet, etc., and then dash back to a poolside tryst, a conversation with a loved one's back and eyes filling up.

the episode had a poignance, a "dard" in it that really reminded me of a ghazal. a song written to express longing for the lover, extreme longing, perhaps the lover doesn't return the love, or has lost interest...

often have asr and khushi and their thing for each other brought music to the mind. when they canoodled by the poolside, they were definitely "i wanna hold your hand". here they were like a ghazal... he was perhaps "ranjish hi sahi", she maybe "yun hasraton ke daag". i may not have chosen the most apt songs, but the pleading for the loved one in a ghazal, the dard which is a mix of pain and sadness and all its sweetness, it was all there. and because this was asr in this frame of mind, there was a touch of the blues and jazz in it. a mournful sax played somewhere. picking up when he turned sharply at the sound of her voice.

"yun hasraton ke daag mohabbat mein dho liye
Khud dil se dil ke baat kahi aur ro liye

ghar se chale they hum to khushi ki talaash mein
khushi ki talaash mein
gam raah mein khade they wo hi saath ho liye
khud dil se dil ke baat kahi aur ro liye
Lovely
the stains of desires I washed in love
had a heart-to-heart talk with my heart and cried away

i left my abode in my quest for happiness
in my quest for happiness
found sadness in my path and picked it up
had a heart-to-heart talk with my heart and cried away"

"ranjish hi sahi dil hi dukhaane ke liye aa
if it is grief so be it, come to break my heart again
aa phir se mujhe chhoR ke jaane ke liye aa
do come, if only for the act of leaving me again"

end note
this is the end, my friends, between the first shot and the second one, indi rolled over and died.
and the man buttons his top button after knotting his tie, how precise and specific and aaa.

@Indi a master of words love to read your take
Ah the relief to see her hear her voice
Kya Miliye Aise Logon Se,
Jinki Fithrath Chupi Rahe,

Khud Se Bhi Jo Khud Ko Chupaaye,
Kya Unse Pehechaan Karen,
Kya Unke Daaman Se Lipten
The way he hides within himself does not want to think that he wants her near by but his expressions eyes belies everything he says
